Whole foods across the street was super convenient, lots of dining in a short walking distance. Coors field is a 15 min walk. Mint house was clean and convenient, our room was beautiful. Gym and pool was a plus very clean solid equipment. I'd 100% stay here again and recommend others stay jere too.

Room was large (two bedrooms) with full kitchen and washer & dryer. Pull out couch. Comfortable mattresses. AMAZING gym. Large pool. A great place to stay while visiting Denver.

Don’t Stay Here

This property is ridiculous, I would not stay here again. Nothing is easily accessible or simple. Codes often do not work for elevators, parking is over priced and in order to obtain parking you have to go through this process of calling, waiting on hold and then going to retrieve your parking pass from some lock box in the building. And if you want help from the front desk you can forget about it, they basically know nothing and will just tell you to call a number or scan a QR code and figure it out. I never write these kinds of reviews but this place deserves one like this.

Our stay was great, but communication with Mint was clunky. The floors in our room were quite dirty, but everything else was nice.

They are supposed to send virtual check-in, but failed on this so I had to call and figure out their issue. They were supposed to send details of unit #, with elevator code and room code. They also failed to do this, so I had to call again. The person who works at the front desk is not able to help with anything except providing phone number for Mint house, useless. If you’re ok dealing with all of this, then the stay was great. I’d find another place with better customer service, not worth the hassles.

Apartment hotels like this are good and bad. Nice to have an apt instead of a room but with no help on property the check in experience isn’t hospitable. You have to call a hotline with any questions rather than anyone on-site.

The room was perfect for a city getaway with the kids - the sliding doors allowed the kids in one room and the couch bed all to watch a show together, while parents slept in the closed door room. Had an issue since we didn’t have any FOBs in the room, so limited on pool and gym access since no one manned the desk in the evenings and mornings.

Modern well equipt apt, washer and dryer great after tour travelling. Bed bathroom comfortable and spacious. Only issue wanted to use pool, under maintence on a Monday. Would recommend apt for anyone.

Once I opened the door, there was a terrible odor in the whole property. It smells so bad and it seems the leftover odor. I would definitely like to ask for a refund via Expedia.

The check in at this apartment is the most difficult process that I’ve experienced, and as there are several choices in the area, it is not worth staying here. If you are driving, I would definitely not stay here. They oversold the parking spaces and we couldn’t use the parking we’d paid for for several hours. Finding alternative parking is difficult and it was an additional expense. We ran into multiple other people who had the same problems. There is no staff onsite for Mint House. The staff onsite were for the apartment building that mint house rents their spaces from. It seemed this staff was mostly fielding Mint House problems. If you need help, you call a 1-800 number. I had to call three times. The person who answers is reading a script. At one point, they didn’t understand what I was saying and canceled my parking. It took several minutes to clarify that I wanted to be able to use the parking I paid for. In two out of three of my calls, they said they needed to check with supervisors and would call me back. I never received a call back. We only received one key fob, and we’re supposed to receive two. Because we’d waited hours already for the parking, and getting into the room was so complicated, I just didn’t worry about it. Our family just had to do more planning when we wanted to do separate activities. The apartment presents well. The beds are uncomfortable. If you want to do laundry, bring your own detergent. There is a very nice gym for the apartment complex.
