A super place to stay

This as a very comfortable place to stay. It's clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our two week visit. It's also conveniently close to the park and shops.

Go no further - this is top notch

Everything about our stay was as good as we could have hoped for. The neighborhood is great, parking was never a problem, the quality and condition of all the amenities were terrific. The unit is so cozy and inviting. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect VRBO - 5 Star

Incredible property - clean, efficient, well laid out, cozy. Best VRBO we have been to in a long time. Walk to wash park. So nice to visit a place where cleanliness is a priority. Would definitely recommend.

Such a cute flat!

The remodeling of this flat has been done with so much thoughtfulness and good taste. The bed is comfortable, the shower has a good pressure, we did not use the kitchen but it looks like they have everything you would need. I'd love to stay there again!

Great vrbo for a single or double traveler

John was a responsive host and the pics on the site don’t do it justice. It is definitely a smaller space but the living area is bigger than I anticipated and the small kitchen is very efficient in how it uses its footprint. Although I was the only person who stayed in the house (one bed & bedroom) we were celebrating a graduation so lots of family in and we gathered at the house a couple of times and there was enough seating and it didn’t feel cramped. Nice touches of shampoo, soap, and hair dryer in the bathroom and several ways to make coffee (along with ground coffee!) in the kitchen! I didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked to be well stocked. Neighborhood is super safe and only a half mile walk from Washington park, and coffee shops/restaurants are within just a few short blocks. Highly recommend

a great stay

We stayed for a week and found it perfect for our purposes. It's comfortable, clean and in a super location. I'm a keen cook and had everything I needed to prepare the evening meals. When we visit Denver again, we plan to come back.

Great place and fabulous location

Really nice small one bedroom with everything in it you would need. Great location to walk to restaurants and Wash park. Bathroom is tiny but fine.

Weekend with our son

The apartment was just right for us during our weekend visit. Within walking distance of Washington Park. Wonderful neighborhood. The place was very clean and nicely arranged. John was proactive with check in and great to work with.

Family visit

We enjoyed our stay at Dakota. We were in Denver to visit family. The location was perfect and had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed Washington Park, the Denver Mint and the Art Museum. It was a short drive to these locations with relatively low traffic.

Good choice

Clean, cozy, well equipped. Small bedroom (good bed) and bath, more spacious living/dining room and small but well equipped and designed kitchen. Helpful owner. When we arrived, the temperature was around zero and the key box didn't work. He saw our help! message immediately and came to let us in with a physical key in about 5 minutes.

Very convenient Washington Park location

Great communication with property owner. The unit was not just clean, it was truly spotless. Woke up to a few inches of snow one morning and the front steps were shoveled before I had my first cup of coffee!

The place is perfect for a couple or single person to stay in Denver. The space is so thoughtfully designed and stocked for guests. It's so clean, nice quality towels and linens. Great location. Would 100% recommend!

Flying in - driving home

The property was a great place to stay, very clean, well-organized, and near our daughter...and a trip to meet the future in-laws. Close to Washinton park was an added benefit.

Perfect, as always!

We stayed here for the fourth time and were once again impressed with how John has taken this smallish space and made it seem spacious! Everything we might need is there—including (for example) cough drops, good lighting, Covid rapid tests! We’ll be back!
