Absolutely Amazing

Fantastic, accommodations were perfect including the gorgeous view. You were in walking distance to everything. Beach was beautiful as well as roof top pool. Matt was so quick to answer any inquiry and the instructions he left about the condo, restaurants and surrounding area was very detailed.Can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional getaway

Property is central to a beautiful beach, restaurants and many small shops to discover. Our unit was well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.The ambience and friendliness , as well as guidance from property manager exceeded expectations. Go and stay, you will not regret.

Amazingly beautiful condo on the beach of the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta

Having visited Puerto Vallarta several times in the past and staying in the Marina area (closer to the airport), we decided to explore options in the Romantic Zone. Most of the great things that PV has to offer (beach, restaurants, fun bars, shopping, entertainment, etc.) is located in the Old Town or Romantic Zone. Let's just say our decision to stay in this area was truly the right choice starting out with exceptional accommodations in this beautiful La Palapa Condo. La Palapa Restaurant had always been one of our favorites and we had not realized that they had condos above the restaurant that were available to rent. The condo was amazing...two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spotlessly clean and the ambiance of the artsy, tasteful decor could not be better. The beds were super comfortable. While our unit (606) was not directly facing the beach, we had a beautiful side view of the beach/ocean from our large terrace/balcony. Everything that you needed for your stay was available including a great welcome book with lots of suggestions and tips. The owners, Brian and Matt, were very gracious and insured that everything was to our satisfaction. We met other guests at the 8th floor roof top swimming pool, that could not speak more highly of their experience at La Palapa and Brian and Matt. The reception staff at the front desk was always present and helpful throughout our stay. Best of all, everything that there is to see and do is just outside your doorstep. We'll be back!

Home Away From Home

We love everything about this condo and how welcome we feel. The location is PRICELESS! We walk out the door and onto the sand where our beach chairs await. Or we walk out the front door (after friendly chats with our concierges) and into the heart of the Romantic Zone with shops and restaurants.

LaPalapa Condo

Matt's condo is great, exactly as described, etc. He was exceedingly responsive, plus the 24-hour front desk was very helpful to have. Great location in the middle of Romantic Zone, lots of restaurants, bars, things to do, etc., plus easy access to beach through La Palapa restaurant. Would definitely stay there again!

La Palapa Gem

Everything about our experience was simply the best! We loved having both Banderas Bay views as well as the city and mountain. The best of both worlds and the terrace was beautiful. The condo was well laid out, very comfortable with everything we needed! Our housekeeper Nora did a fantastic job!! Highly recommended and we’ll definitely return to the Romantic Zone. Our condo was within walking distance to most restaurants, shops and bars.

Perfect in Every Way

This was our second time at this property and we already booked for next spring break. Of course the condo was beautiful but the location - amazing. Steps to the sand, restaurants and shops. Safe and secure too. We left the doors and windows open the entire time for the wonderful breeze and sound of the ocean.

Amazing place in a great location

It doesn’t get much better than this place. Great location, great balcony overlooking the ocean, restaurants everywhere, short walk to the malecon, amazing heated rooftop pool with stunning views, especially at sunset. Beautifully decorated, with local artwork. Kitchen was well equipped. This place has it all.

Perfect La Palapa

Our 18 day stay was a delight. The suite is as beautiful as the pictures, comfortable and well stocked. The staff of La Palapa are helpful and Nora, the housekeeper, is a gem. Matt, the owner, is responsive and very easy to communicate with. We would certainly love to come back.

I loved the property! Easy check in, the condo has amazing views and it was super clean! Front desk was amazing and super helpful! The owner was wonderful and was quick to respond to all of our needs and questions! I cannot say anything less about the owners, they were amazing! The condo was in the middle of everything! Beachfront, restaurants, boat tours, clubs, and the market! Overall we had an amazing time at this condo!

We're just a couple of nice guys from Texas. We work hard, have hectic lives and always look forward to our next escape from reality. Our Spanish is bad. Our restaurant recommendations are good. And we're dog people. We've been known to feed strays on the beach grilled chicken with a bottle of Evian. For real.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We've traveled to most of the popular resort towns in Mexico, and we have wonderful memories from all of them. But one day we realized there was only one place we kept coming back to over and over again. That was Puerto Vallarta. We love the combination of the beach, mountains and lush tropical landscape. Combine that with a town that has old Mexican charm, and it was the only choice for our vacation getaway.

The second we stepped onto the large patio and saw Banderas Bay, we knew La Palapa 606 was the place for us. We love opening the huge glass doors, feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves. It's also the perfect place to relax and take in the beach scene and street life of the Zona Romantica.
