Tropical Beachfront Rental

Puerto Vallarta är en charmig kuststad på Mexikos västra kust. De livliga färgerna på havet, himlen, blommande buskar och träd finns i överflöd. Färgglada blommor omger byggnader i spansk stil med sina karakteristiska röda tak. På grund av det tropiska klimatet är boendet i Puerto Vallarta en blandning av utomhus och i.

Musik finns i överflöd i Puerto Vallarta. Man kan hitta mariachis och andra musiker nästan överallt i klubbar, restauranger eller vid stranden. Staden är säker för promenader, både dag och natt. På söndagskvällar kan du gå med i familjerna i Puerto Vallarta när de gillar att gå längs Malecon eller när de lyssnar på en bandkonsert på torget.

Avgår varje dag från marinan finns en mängd olika båtturer. Du kan åka till Yelapa, en liten fiskeläge söder om Puerto Vallarta som bara kan nås med vatten, eller gå med folk på skonaren Maragalante för en middagskryssning och fyrverkerier eller snorkla vattnet runt Mariettasöarna. Eller så kan du bara välja att sitta på ditt däck med utsikt över Bahia de Banderas och göra ingenting annat än att läsa och koppla av. För sportinriktade finns golf, tennis och ridning, liksom andra aktiviteter.

Du kan njuta av allt detta och mer från vårt lägenhet vid stranden vid Villas Vista del Sol, på den södra änden av gamla stan i Puerto Vallarta. Det ligger nära floden Cuale och inom gångavstånd från en livsmedelsmarknad, Malecon, många hittar restauranger, hantverksbutiker och konstgallerier.

Vårt bostadsbyggnad integreras utanför och med sitt blommatema. Den är lätt, luftig och glad; den perfekta platsen för en avkopplande och rolig semester. Det finns två sovrum, två fulla bad, ett helt utrustat kök, matsal, vardagsrum med TV och däck. Städservice tillhandahålls varje dag men söndag. Tvättmöjligheter finns tillgängliga på bokningsbasis. Taket har en bra pool, solstolar och ett täckt område där man kan samlas när solen är särskilt varm.

Solnedgångar i Puerto Vallarta är en förändrad palett som du kan se från däck eller takpoolen medan du kopplar av med förfriskningar, följeslagare eller familj. Njut av!

Just Perfect!

Another great stay at Vista Del Sol! Location can't be beat. Condo is comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the rooftop pool area was amazing. Can't wait to return!

Tropical beach front rental

We loved our stay at this condominium. So close to restaurants, shops and activities. Even though it is right above a restaurant, it was very quiet. Would definitely return!

Great Location Center of Everything

We enjoyed the location and area we stayed in. The building was secure and staff outstanding. However, the furniture and unit is in need of a deep cleaning and replacement of furniture. Very uncomfortable couches and beds. Although we don't spend a lot of time inside when visiting, we do enjoy being able to relax inside the place we stay. For the money we have stayed in better places and while I would stay in this building again, not sufe this exact unit without some interior changes.

Perfect location for our family vacation

We were very comfortable in this condo. It had everything we needed, and the location was great. The front desk downstairs made check in and check out effortless. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Amazing location

Excellent location with an amazing view! Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, plenty to do and see right outside! Comfy beds, water pressure great! Secure building! Roof top pool is amazing!

Great place to stay

Would come back in a heartbeat. Very good location to walk to the beach, some bars and the market. Loved spending time on the balcony watching and listening to the waves to crash. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location is everything

Absolute paradise. The balcony sits right on the heart of the malecon so prople watching was a nightly activities. The Sea Monkey just steps from the condo had amazing food. EVERYONE was incredibly friendly. There is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Great Find

We found this unit while scrambling after a VRBO debacle. Eskil was extremely responsive and flexible. The location is top-notch. The building is quiet and the beds are comfy. It’s a great find and we will definitely return!

Beautiful waterfront condo

I've been coming to PV for the past 15 years and this is the best condo ever I've stayed in. The pool on the roof is large, heated and has numerous lounge chairs available. Our balcony overlooking the Malecon and the ocean was the perfect spot to eat breakfast in the mornings. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Best condo ever!!!

Location, location, location!

Vista De Sol is nestled right in the heart of many restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our unit faced the beach ---loved sleeping to the sound of the surf. It's well furnished and decorated in a traditional Mexican style. Being only on the 2nd floor and right above a restaurant does make it somewhat noisy, but it's quiet after dark. The rooftop pool area is very large, allowing everyone to spread out. The pool closed April 9th for repair, they said for possibly two months.

Overall a great stay

Clean spacious condo with traditional Mexican decor and everything you could need to be comfortable. Great wifi. Housekeeping personnel came several times. Security and the front desk were amazing - we always felt safe and well taken care of. Fantastic location with great afternoon sun and sunsets. The host Eskil was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. It’s a quiet building with mostly older residents and any noise from the malecon/restaurant below was easily drowned out by the sound of the waves or closing the sliding doors a bit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Best

Location couldnt be better. It it is steps away from the beach, the malecon and eateries. The condo was beautiful. I went with my adult son. We both had our own bathroom and bedroom. The master bedroom faces the ocean. At night I heard the crashing of the ways. Besides all the amenities the condo had beach chairs, umbrella , binoculars and a boogie board. Beautiful sunsets from the roof. .The host replied immediately with any questions I had before we arrived. Can't wait to book this property again. Thank you Eskil

Not as advertised.

While the location was excellent, the bed comfy and the staff welcoming and helpful, we were extremely disappointed to discover that the only air conditioned space was the bedroom. Because the temperature was in the high 80's (October) we could not utilize the main living area and kitchen. We recommend that the description of the property make that clear.

Awesome Old Town Condo

We booked this condo for a quick 1 week getaway. It is directly on the beach just across the foot bridge in old town Vallarta. We had several emails with the owner and he was always quick to reply. The view off the balcony is wonderful - full ocean and sunset view! And the view from the roof top pool is incredible! The condo is very comfortably furnished with great beds, very well equipped kitchen and maid service daily except Sunday. This is a quiet building - the condo is on the second floor so using the stairs is easier than waiting for the elevator. It is right above The Sea Monkey restaurant which we didn't find to be a problem - it closes at 10 p.m. This is a perfect location for walking to neighborhood restaurants and shopping. We love this part of town - the locals are so happy to have you there. And no stuffy 5 star all inclusive resorts. Thanks so much for sharing your little bit of paradise with us!

Beautiful home and views - Epic location!

Everything from booking to check-in, security personal on-site, property facilities, and amenities are excellent! The home is a great size with ocean views from the master bedroom and living/dining/kitchen. Master and Living rooms have large sliding glass doors with screens to let the breeze flow through without insects entering. Smart TV's in the home are an added bonus along with strong and consistent Wi-Fi. The location is absolutely perfect as you are steps from the sandy beach, Sea Monkey restaurant, and all the Zona Romantica amenities that we love. We can't wait to return to not only this unit but the condo complex in general. Oh and the rooftop pool is very large in comparison to other buildings nearby. I come down every other month and have stayed at most of the ocean front condo complexes now and this is one of my absolute favorites. The views during the day and night from the roof provide nearly 360 degrees, from Nuevo Vallarta, to Los Muertos Pier/Conchis Chinas and all of Zona Romantica (old town Vallarta). It's magical at night! We highly recommend - again, cannot wait to be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for many years and this was our first experience with staying in a condo. It was perfect! It is very nicely decorated. Both bedrooms are large. Having two separate bathrooms was also a nice feature. Probably our favorite area in the condo was the balcony! Being out there in the morning with a cup of coffee as the Malecon was just "waking up" was very special. The sunsets were absolutely spectacular! The daily maid service is a very nice feature and "Cuca" was a real gem! Since we are big fans of Old Town, the location was perfect for us. However, it was no inconvenience to walk anywhere else we chose to go. Bus stops are not far at all and taxis were always readily available when needed. Another great feature of this property is the secure entrance. There is a locked gate and someone at the desk at all times to buzz you in . With so much to see and do, unfortunately we didn't have much time to enjoy the rooftop pool. Guess we'll just have to go back and stay longer next time!

Great stay for the price

Absolutely loved this place. The unit was outdated but the price reflected Appropriately. The location was perfect and the people watching as well as the ocean view were perfect! Most of the items in the condo are old but again, it is priced appropriately. Owner is very responsive!

Love It!

We spent a year in PV 17 years ago, and have been coming back nearly every year since. We’ve stayed in several different condos, and this is now our favorite. Comfortable, colorful, and an unbeatable location right on the beach. Great communication with Eskil and terrific staff. Don’t hesitate to book if it’s available!

Great location and wonderful host & staff.

Stayed in PV for a few nights with another couple. We were looking for a basic 2BR/2BA suite in a relatively quiet beachfront location. Eskil's was perfect for us. Not noisy despite being adjacent to a waterfront walking promenade (not the main Malecon) and had an unobstructed view of amazing sunsets each night. Building was situated near the river's entry to the ocean, so not sandwiched between other properties, and was close to convenience & grocery stores plus tons of good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Best of all, Eskil was a very responsive host and the on-site staff were excellent.
