Perfect hosts for a perfect location

The condo at La Palapa wasa everything we could ask for - great views, wonderful location, helpful and courteous staff and the hosts we timely and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation location!

This home has the most beautiful view of the water. Walking distance to many restaurants. Building was quiet, door staff super friendly and beds were so comfy. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this condo! It is perfectly located to enjoy everything PV has to offer. The owners were more than accommodating and made our vacation enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!!

Great location

We have stayed at La Palapa before. It’s a great location and near restaurants and shopping. We love this location because of the restaurant and beach club. Make sure you call ahead to reserve beach chairs at La Palapa or you may not get any.

Beautiful location and wonderful cozy condo

This condo is set in a beautiful location and building. The restaurant downstairs is fabulous for any meal. The staff is wonderful and keeps a very secure feeling. The decor of the condo is wonderful to enjoy and makes the space feel very local and comfortable. The beds are perfect.

La Palapa Condo great location and home

Right on the beach, great view with a huge palm tree right outside. ACs are cold, you can hear the waves on the beach at night while sleeping, very comfortable beds, good water pressure, location for Romantic Zone can’t be beat!

Perfect Location, Clean and Comfortable

From the time of booking to our departure from La Palapa 701, we could not have been happier. The owners were communicative but just to the right degree; the property itself was in a perfect location for us; the neighborhood had all amenities we needed; check in was simple and surprisingly quick; and most importantly, we made the best memories. We would recommend this property one-thousand times over and hope to stay again our next time in PV.

We had a really great stay and would absolutely come back. The location is one of the best parts, super easy to walk to both the beach and into town, with tons of great restaurants nearby. It sits on top of La Palapa, where we enjoyed many meals and their beach club service. Top notch.The host was incredibly responsive, which made everything feel smooth and easy from start to finish. The place itself was spotless, and having daily room service was such a nice touch. It always felt fresh and well taken care of.The on site condominium staff was friendly and attentive, and we felt very safe the entire time. And the views are easily a highlight, especially at sunset.Overall, it’s a really well-appointed place with thoughtful, quality amenities that made it feel comfortable right away. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was nothing short of amazing! Great views, everything was within walking distance, and taxis were always in the area if you wanted to venture out. The area felt safe, even late at night, and everyone was friendly! The host was great in communicating and being helpful with anything we may need for our stay. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic!

I stayed here with my family of four and we all just loved it! The location is perfect. Just steps from the beach, outstanding restaurants and just a floor away from the spacious rooftop pool. The views outside the private veranda is amazing too. We’ve never taken so many sunset pictures with a perfectly placed palm tree that just sets the mood. Can’t wait to be back here!!

La Palapa Condo #701

Our condo was nicely decorated and fully stocked. The location was perfect, on the beach and close to fabulous restaurants. No need for a vehicle, cabs readily available. Owners very responsive to my inquiries. Would highly recommend, we will be back!
