Set across three floors, the villa features three air-conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. On the lower floor, a private twin bedroom with garden access offers independence and quiet. Upstairs, two further bedrooms enjoy balconies with sweeping sea views.

The open-plan living area includes a cozy lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, and direct pool access. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a NESPRESSO coffee machine, dishwasher, and direct access to the BBQ patio — perfect for al fresco dining.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire villa, garden, heated pool, and outdoor areas. Private entrance and parking included.

Villa Alexandra is located in Sarlata, a quiet hillside village overlooking the Ionian Sea. Within 10 minutes you’ll find beautiful beaches, charming tavernas, and the island capital of Argostoli.

Getting Around:
We recommend hiring a car to fully explore Kefalonia. Beach, shops, and restaurants are all 5–10 minutes away. Airport is only 5 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
Climate Resilience Tax: As required by Greek law, a tax of €15 per villa, per night is payable upon arrival. This is not included in the total.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is only available upon prior approval and cannot be guaranteed.

Pool & Jacuzzi Safety: Use of the pool and Jacuzzi is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Diving and alcohol use in the pool area are not permitted for safety reasons.

Pets: Please note that pets are not permitted at the property.
