Spectacular villa with pool in front of the sea!

With a stunning seafront location, this superb villa boasts wonderful panoramas of the Ionian sea and of course, as the villa name suggests; great sunsets, immaculate lawns and landscaped gardens surround the house, the larger than average swimming pool and pool terrace and a pergola provides shade for the outdoor dining area with the built in barbecue to hand, making al fresco living a must in the summertime. Inside, the stylish look and feel of the villa mixes contemporary and classic décor to great effect and a well-equipped kitchen is to the side of the main open plan living and dining areas, with large patio doors that overlook the large pool and grounds, the sumptuous bedrooms each enjoying their own shower room. The villa has plenty of handy extras, with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pool towels, hairdryers and even a blue tooth speaker to listen to favourite tracks. Conveniently located only a five minute drive south of the airport, Sunset can reach the nearby tavernas and sandy beaches of Svornoata within a 5 minute drive.

booking is simple and their agent Elanna will answer any questions you have she was very helpful in recommending car hire / supermarkets etc and takes usually no longer than an hour to respond. in truth she is almost immediate to any questions. even late at night the villa is set down a narrow lane about 4 mins from the airport. though any plane noise is not very loud the villa is stunning. just as described modern and well decorated the rooms are light and airy with excellent Aircon and shutters make you feel very secure at night though this is a very sleepy island. The pool area is stunning, beautiful pool views overlooking the sea and someone with a good eye has decorated this. i would suggest a few more basics in the kitchen like baking trays and bbq tools, & salad tongs Also some seats on the balcony would have been nice as would be a fab spot to watch the sun go down however these are just very minor suggestions. We would definitely come back and are most likely to return

Everything we hoped for and more...!! After being let down by another via owner on the island we were delighted to find this villa and initially thought that it was to good to be true. We couldn't have asked for anything more, the location was perfect for us, secluded enough to be away from everyone else but close enough to have exactly what we needed on our doorstep. We took several day trips across the island which were made easier by the location. The villa itself was exceptional. So much space, luxury and comfort that was perfect for our family, and Eleana our host was perfect. We would not hesitate to rebook for another visit with family or friends.

Amazing Villa Fantastic Location

Sunset Villa, was far beyond our expectations, it was in our opinion out of this world. The amazing location overlooking the sea, the peace and tranquillity, the sound of the sea, the pool, the grounds it was our idea of heaven. The villa itself was beautiful, stunning furnishings, so very comfortable, there was no need to leave the villa, we were just happy to spend a lot our holiday round the pool. Absolutely perfect in every way. Eleana is lovely and does everything she can to make it a perfect holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Sunset

Wir haben unser Urlaub 5 Tage zu zweit in der Villa Sunset verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Eleana war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend: wir dürften außer regulären Zeiten die Villa beziehen und verlassen. Das hat unser Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht. Eleana hat uns einen Präsentkorb zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt, was sehr lieb war und sehr lecker. Die Villa ist mit liebe für Details und gutem Geschmack hochwertig möbeliert und ausgestattet. Die Bilder an den Wänden und die Dekoration im Haus verbinden die Besucher mit dem Meer, was direkt aus dem Fenster zu sehen ist. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass Villa direkt am Meer liegt, haben wir wunderschönes Naturschauspiel jeden Tag genossen: ruhiges Meer, unruhiges Meer, Sonnenuntergänge am Meer, unvergesslichen Mond und seine Reflektion im Meer. Das war einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht so oft benutzt, weil das Haus sehr gut isoliert ist. Man schläft in dieser Villa einfach mit der offenen Tür vom Balkon und genießt die Meeresluft und Rauschen des Meeres. Die Villa liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Man braucht sich wegen dem Lärm überhaupt keine Gedanken zu machen. Es sind sehr wenige Flugzeuge unterwegs und die stören gar nicht. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 5 Minuten mehrere Restaurants. Die Hauptstadt Argostoli mit faszinierenden Caretta Caretta Schildkröten liegt auch in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder Gäste von Eliana in der gemütlichen Villa Sunset sein. The property is built really close to the capital of the island, Argostoli. It's a above the rocky sea. Thus you have the privacy required during your vacation but you are 10 minutes away from the town. The airport is only 5 minutes away.
