The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, boasting 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. It's fully equipped with amenities including a TV, washing machine, dryer, oven, stove, dishwasher... Additionally, there is one WC and one shower room for your convenience. You'll particularly enjoy having breakfast on the balcony.
The area is highly pleasant and safe.

Within walking distance, you will find restaurants, bars, bakeries, and shops. Nearby, you can also visit both Parc Georges Brassens and Parc André Citroën for a relaxing green getaway.
