The neighborhood is cool and artsy, lots to do. The apartment is nice, interesting stylish decor. AnaĂŻs had a very helpful lost of places to eat and things to do.Only complaint is the shower head holder was broken. It made showering very awkward. Overall, its a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed this apartment. It was a great location - 1 block for a metro stop in a real neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed (we did have to buy more coffee because we drink lots of coffee) and so stylish. We loved the decor and location.

Awesome view!

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace was spectacular. Anais was a great host and very responsive. The property was as described.

Very unique place

Pluses, great location near metro, very good host. Nice bed, close to markets.very queit, very comfortable sleeping. Full well appointed kitchen. Beautiful tiny balcony. Cons, you are clearly staying in someone's home with a lot of their things. Think crashing at a friend's house who is quite the collector.. Shower difficult to use but nice water pressure.

Wonderful apartment

Such a lovely apartment, I loved my stay there. Anais is a gracious and accommodating host. I booked this the day before I arrived, and she was flexible about letting me check in early.The apartment has everything you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, and a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I fell in love with the art.The location is great. It is a two-minute walk to the Metro and buses, grocery stores and bakeries are within a few minutes' walk, and cafes, bars, and restaurants are just steps away.The 11th is a trendy area with lots to explore and Anais's apartment is a perfect base for exploring.,

Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans ce bel appartement, trÚs bien équipé et décoré, et vivant! Et avec une terrasse avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel et le Sacré Coeur, ce qui un plus indéniable pour un séjour touristique à Paris. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, permettant de partir à la découverte de Paris trÚs aisément.Anaïs est trÚs réactive et la communication est trÚs facile avec Anaïs, ainsi qu'avec la conciergerie de l'immeuble si besoin.Bref, que du positif : je recommande cet appartement pour un bon séjour à Paris

A wonderful total experience

We have spent two nights in the apartment of Anais, and we were impressed by the location (very near the metro station) but most of all by the apartment. We admired her interior decorations, and her trust in humanity, by allowing us to stay there. We will definitely return!

Super zentral, eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Metro Linie 11 vor der TĂŒr. GeschĂ€fte, Restaurants und BĂ€ckerein zur Auswahl. Kleine Schlafzimmer, wenig AblageflĂ€che. GemĂŒtliche KĂŒche und Wohnzimmer, großer Balkon im 6. Stockwerk. Blick bis Eifelturm. KĂŒche mit Herd, Backofen, großer KĂŒhlschrank, WLAN. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet im Art Deko Stil mit Dingen vom Flohmarkt. AnaĂŻs liest viele BĂŒcher und die Regale sind voll mit LieblingsstĂŒcken. Es gibt eine riesige Musiksammlung- genug Entertainment. Viele GrĂŒnpflanzen in der Wohnung- es fĂŒhlt sich an , wie bei Freunden zu wohnen. Waschmaschine und Trockner- praktisch mit Kindern. Netter Empfang durch Freund von AnaĂŻs. Die anderen Nachbarn, die wir trafen, sind auch freundlich.
