Great Views

Nice little place for a long weekend, but climbing up stairs to third floor was a bit much for this senior. A great view, easy access to the beach, but lacks a good culinary destination.

Nice stay in a nice spot

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable, the views are excellent, and the access to the beach and tot own is very easy. We found the kitchen understocked, so it would have been helpful to know we should make sure to bring salt, coffee, a measuring cup, and foil. These are small things, and they did not detract from our stay; it would just have been nice either to have these basics or to have emphasis on the fact that we would not, because other places we have stayed have routinely had all of the above.

Great location and excellent value.

Situated on the third floor (top floor) the view of the ocean was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the overall condition of the unit was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean, tidy and well appointed. Our visit was during the off season and the building was very quiet and relaxing.

This place has an ocean view to die for

The place was quiet and clean. We saw deer and had so much fun finding shells and sand dollars. You could tell when you could walk on the beach because you could see the ocean out the windows!! It comes with all the things you are needing on the trip. Its really worth it.

Spacious place.

Wonderful condo complex. Grounds were pretty. Loved looking at the ocean. Room could use some blackout curtains in the bedroom. Outside lights from the complex never shut off.

Good location but in need of updatez

This unit is in a great location. The views are fantastic. No complaints on communication with the company who manages the rental. The property itself is in need of some updates. It looks pretty run down, as others have stated there are stains on the carpet and the entire unit is very outdated and tired looking. There are no fans in the unit and the bedroom window cranks were not working so the bedroom was stuffy. The sheets were rough and pilling and there were no extra pillows or bedding that we could find. The unit served its purpose but a few updates would go a long way in taking the unit from okay/just a place to sleep to a wonderful condo where we would want to stay and hang out for a while.

nice condo , convenient location

The condo is nice but needs a bit of TLC. it has great views of the ocean beach and some dunes. There is a great paved trail that runs a couple miles from the condo development to Westport . People walk or bike the walkway daily and there are great views of beach and surf for the entire way. The kitchen is decently oufitted but could use a sharp knife and a 10 -11 inch saute pan.. A few items like garbage bags,,coffee filters, a box of facial tissue ewere not provided. There ia great fresh fish available in Westport and the "shop and kart" grocery is a decent place to get food items.

Delightful Beach House

This delightful beach house was surprisingly spacious. And the view of the ocean was absolutely amazing!!! The furniture was comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The shower was awesome! And the entire condo was clean and fresh. I loved that I could hear the ocean from the condo. And I enjoyed walking along the beach and along the paved bike/walking path. The historic lighthouse was just a quick, easy walk away. I very much hope to stay in this lovely condo again soon!

The View is Incredible

The only complaint I have is a first world problem...the wifi went out and was not repaired even though I was there for a days. It still wasn't working when I checked out. The view is perfect, and the condo was very clean. As you would expect, the carpet is warn and stained, and it could use some paint, but unless you are buying it...who cares! :)

Disappointed

The internet was not working. Initially a call was made to VRBO, the representative did some troubleshooting but without success. There was no follow through. So for four days we were without internet and tv. There was a nice selection of dvds, however the tv was very small and enclosed in a cabinet; you had to sit directly in front of the tv order to view the screen. The shower didn’t drain. The carpet was heavily stained, but vacuumed. The kitchen was bare bones - no wine glasses, no hot pads, no large frying pan. The bed was very comfortable, like sleeping on a trampoline.
