Perfection

Our stay was perfect the location and view from this property cannot be beat. The condo is well stocked and so comfortable.Be aware that some buildings are undergoing major repairs.

Perfect beach stay

Loved the condo. Being a lighthouse lover, the decor was perfect!The view is awesome and the location is close to everything I needed or wanted. Slight huccup with construction but the mgmt group made it more bearable, which I really appreciated!! Great customer service!!Cannot wait to go back.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful view, you could hear the waves from the balcony. Westport was a quiet fishing village and not overrun with tourists.

Lovely location, but in serious need of maintenance

The good: location was fantastic. The view, lovely. Clubhouse amenities (pool, grills, etc) were great. The unit itself had most of what we needed, though much of what was there was in need of updating. The bad: multiple issues that fall on the owners to fix. The tub and bathroom sink barely drained, showering was a no go so we did baths only. I reported this our first night and was told nothing would be done, but they did refund a portion of my cleaning fee. Huge, very obvious spill on the living room floor, dark red in color. About 2’ long, very gross looking. Bedding and Pillows were terrifyingly stained and had obvious mildew marks. These were not high end items to begin with and should have been thrown away long ago, seriously disgusting. Door to the patio was rusted shut, was really hard to get open. The WiFi and TVs were fine, the dishwasher and washing machine worked well. It’s a shame that the lack of care and maintenance was so impactful, it’s an otherwise lovely spot. With a little bit of updating, this place would be amazing.

Love the place …rented it because the view and yes it was exactly as the pictures. We had a few hours of rain but it still did not ruin anything sat in recliner watching ocean.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Great little condo with an incredible view! Comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen and the perfect size for a young family. We really enjoyed this home and are already talking about returning. The beach access is a short and easy walk and the beach this complex sits on is absolutely breathtaking. For the parents: We stayed with two young children and the home is not super child friendly due to the decor, but we were able to easily move breakables and turn a couple decorative shelves around (so much cute lighthouse decor!!) to make it functional for our family. It’s also all carpet, but there are vacuums in the closet if you need to clean up a spill. Overall very doable with little kids with a bit of work on arrival!

Excellent view of the ocean waves

Truly enjoyed our time watching the waves whether from the unit or in the beach. Really easy path to the beach. Gentle slope, not rocky or steep. Have troublesome knee that doesn't do well on steep or unstable terrain. This was easy to navigate

Exceptional View

Best place

I love the big window that looks out onto the ocean. All the amenities that we could have used was there. We will bring our dog next time because they supply dog.Ba , dog dog toys and I've never seen a dog.Must be on leash sign anywhere. Love this place!!

Lovely Getaway

The condo was spacious for the two of us. Plenty of options for seating and working on the computer. The recliners were perfect! Furniture arrangements were great. Bed was comfy and enough extra blankets for when I was chilled. Plenty of towels. Loved the large bath towels! Kitchen has everything we needed. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Loved it! Thanks!

Great View and Quiet

Amazing view!

I picked this place because of the view pictured. The view was exactly what was in the posting. Beautiful! It happened to be sunny during my visit, but even if it had rained, I could have spent all day watching the waves! The unit was also clean and comfortable.

Lovely weekend away!

The unit is fantastic! So comfortable, the view is amazing, furniture is comfortable, the recliners are perfect for watching the view! Can't beat the proximity to the beach and the unit is well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed is really comfy and the TV"s in both rooms have access to streaming services which is really nice to have. All around perfect weekend getaway!

Great beach view!

The best thing was, of course, the ocean view! But the condo was impeccably clean and well stocked! The bed was as very comfortable, and the fireplace added the perfect coziness! It was a lovely place to spend a few days — we’ll be returning!

Nice home, terrible management company

The property was nice. However the management company was awful. When we arrived we received a text message asking how we felt the cleanliness of the room was. We checked the bed, and found clumps of hair stuck to them and a stain on the sheet. I called Vacasa and waited on hold for 15 minutes. When I was finally able to talk to someone they told me there is nothing they can do because they can't get a hold of the local manager and they would only be able to in the morning. My wife and I found another set of sheets and started changing them when we noticed that the mattress pad was disgusting! it was loaded with stains. Vacasa never sent anyone to come get the dirty sheets so they sat in the hallway the whole weekend. The only compensatiob they offered was to waive the cleaning fee. Never again will I rent from Vacasa.
