Nani Hoa är ett fristående hem, byggt 2017. Det är en perfekt semesteruthyrning för en familj på 6-8 och kan sova upp till 10, med barn i våningssäng alternativ. Detta hem ligger i hjärtat av Poipu, med bara 7 minuters promenad till strandområdet nära Sheraton Resort. Det nya köpcentret Kukuilua ligger också bara 3-5 minuters promenad från huset. Hemmet erbjuder också en enorm bakgård område för barn leka och underbar utsikt över Kauai inre bergen. Fastigheten har A / C även om vindvindarna blåser genom hemmet. Separat vardagsrum med öppet koncept, vardagsrum, kök och matsal. Bra tv-rum på övervåningen för barnen och hjälper till att ge några ganska för de vuxna. Beach utrustning finns i garaget och allt du kan hoppas på är i detta hem för din Kauai semester!

Lots of rooms for the 9 of us. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen and living room were well set up. Covered deck was great for evening games. Yard was roomy for the kids to play volleyball. A great place to spend our family vacation

Family vacation

The house is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and restaurants. It comes well equipped with beach items such as chairs, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, towels, wagon, etc. The house also has all of the cooking stuff you’ll need for your stay. Great house and I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing house in an amazing location!!!

This is our third trip to Kauai and first with the whole family (5 adults, 4 kids). This house was perfect!!! Great location to all the amenities, access to the athletic club and pool, and perfect distance from all the best things in Poipu!

Perfect Kauai spot

This house and location was just perfect for our family vacation. Access to the swim club, beach equipment, and close proximity to everything make it an ideal spot. The owners were extremely easy to work with and were quick to respond if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect home

Everyone loved this home. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located in our favorite part of Kauai. It was recommended by my sister who stayed here with her family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

Family trip & birthday celebration

We had a truly wonderful stay! This property is very well kept and had plenty of amenities. We loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon & cooler. The outdoor shower was also a great feature. The owners were great to work with and incredibly easy to communicate with. We appreciated being able to have a late checkout the last night. Great location too!

Great house on South side of Kauai

The house was exactly how it was presented in the VRBO app. The house is very large and we all had plenty of room. It was close to all the activities on the South side that we were interested in. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Poipu! The house was lovely...exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The house was clean and very comfortable! The kitchen has all necessary appliances and there was basic beach gear available. Loved spending our evenings grilling on the outdoor BBQ and eating on the spacious lanai. Great memories were made! Thank you!

Dream yard

We had an amazing time with our whole family here! Everything was very close by and the house was appointed with everything we needed and more! With 4 children under 5, the backyard was what dreams are made of! We spent almost every single evening enjoying the yard, playing corn hole and yard games. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be back again soon!

Perfect place for family

Perfect for family with 6 adults and 4 young kids. Plenty of beach equipment: folding beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards, etc. a couple of additional lawn or patio chairs would be nice. There was construction on an ADU going on but workers were unobtrusive and quiet. We would be happy to rent again.

Perfect home for large family within walk to Poipu beach

Fabulous home with bathrooms for each room, lovely front porch with swing, fantastic covered patio with grill, lovely views from lanai's, incredible kitchen and dining areas, comfy beds, completely furnished with everything needed including lawn chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels and games. Jon and Amy are the most responsive and helpful owners imagineable. Plenty of room for 8 adults and best experience ever renting a property. Hope to go back again!

Pooping retreat

We just visited with our three adult children and two infants. This is Great home for a family group with excellent amenities and everything a group needs for a day at the beach. We had a toddler and an infant which made the athletic club pool a nice option. Management was extremely responsive to any questions. There are a number of beaches and shops a short walk from the house which was handy given the crazy high car rental prices in Hawaii right now. Definitely a home our family would,love to return to.

We will be back

What a phenomenal trip. We traveled with good friends who had never been on the island before. We had gone back and forth about rental vs hotel stay and man am I glad we did this rental. It was cozy, spacious in all the right places, stocked with everything you need to go to the beach and having the fenced backyard was a big win! We had 4 kids in total who had an absolute blast playing in the backyard. I also really appreciate a fully stocked kitchen, which this house has. Cleanliness was also a plus! Another bonus was having access to the athletic club. After a handful of days at the beach, taking the kids to the pool was fun. Overall our stay was fantastic and we would love to revisit this house again. Mahalo!

An amazing stay in Poipu

This home is a fabulous VRBO in the Poipu area. Not only is the house beautiful, the amenities comfortable, and the location fabulous, Jon and Amy have outfitted the house with just about everything you can think of. Not only was there everything provided for a trip to the beach (snorkels, boogie boards, an abundance of beach towels, an ice chest, and a wagon too), but there were also tons of games to play while at home. We loved playing football, corn hole, ladder ball, and even hitting the whiffle ball around in the spacious back yard. There were also great games for inside play too. We also loved access to the wonderful facilities at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. We had with us family from ages 7 months to 61 years and we all had a great time. Thank you, Jon and Amy!

convenient home in neighborhood close to the beaches

The home is large and close to the mall and beaches. Unfortunately, we were not told until the last minute that they were building a smaller house in the back yard. I had specifically rented that property for the fenced backyard so that three children could play. You could not use the yard or sit on the patio in the back because of the workmen. Although the house has a playroom and it advertises that 10 people could stay there, only 5 chairs were provided around the dinner table. We had to ask for extra chairs and chairs for the lanai upstairs that had broken chairs.

Amazing, beautiful, comfortable, great location!!

This house is in amazing condition because the property owner, Jon, cares about his guests having a wonderful vacation. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the beds are comfortable, updated bathrooms...can't say enough about the quality of the home. They even provided shampoo products! There are numerous places to hide if you need quiet time but my favorite was the outdoor porch in the back where there is a large wood table where 8+ people can sit to relax, eat, or play cards like we did many nights watching the stars. My entire family - us (parents) traveled with our 3 grown children, their spouses, and 3 kids under 2. There is a playroom for the kids and lots of sand toys to take to the beach or pool. Boogie boards, towels, chairs, etc. How awesome it was to not have to go without or rent these things. The Athletic club that you get to go to has a great place for the kids to swim and even has a slide. There is a great place to eat there as well. We have been coming to Kauai for 30 years and normally stay in a condo (timeshare) but we will be back if it is available. Beach is close by so it is a great location for everything we needed. Jon checked in with us numerous times and was so kind and helpful. The airlines lost one of our pack-in-play beds so my daughter had to buy one (lucky Target had one to buy!) She talked to Jon about having one at the house and he quickly said great idea and reimbursed us so we left it behind for another guest. Jon is an amazing host - one of the best I've ever worked with. Stay here...you will love it.

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed this home! There were 9 of us, 4 parents, 3 teens & 2 kiddos and plenty of room for everyone. Two different living areas (up & down) was nice for kids and adult activities. The backyard is great, we spent a lot of time in the backyard playing catch or just hanging on the Lanai. The neighborhood is very nice & quiet but very close to everything in Poipu. It’s well equipped with cooking utensils & beach gear. Everything was nice and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor dining table, it’s a built in table and bench, our whole family squeezed in for most breakfasts and dinners. It was cozy & comfy. The ONLY thing I can say about personal preference is I really love staying on the beach in Hawaii (hearing the waves, seeing the water) & while this is not that, the house & grounds really made up for it. It was beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us!

Stay in Poipu

This property works so well with multiple family members. We had a family of 9 with 3 sets of couples and some children. It was perfect for us. The house is in a great location. Our family really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We have been friends for over twelve years and have owned several properties in Poipu. So, it was very fitting for us to call this home, Ka Nani Hoa, which means Beautiful Friends. Jon, on the left, and his wife, Cindy, who took the picture, live in Golden, Colorado and Jeff and Amy, Amy in the middle and Jeff on the right, live in Dallas, Texas via Fountain Hills, Arizona. Both couples have two children so we understand what its like to travel with friends and family. 😀

This home offers so much for a large family. We fell in love with it at first sight. It can accommodate all of us when we travel together. Also, Kauai is our favorite island out of all the islands in Hawaii. It offers a slower pace style which is perfect for our busy lives. We enjoy visiting Kauai and hope that you do as well.
