Perfect Place for a Framily Getaway

Pili Mai was a perfect setup for our friends/family get away on Kauai. Close to shopping, food and adventure. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens/towels, access to pool/hot tub/ BBQ made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

This condo was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting Kauai. The location to the beach and to the pool was a highlight for our grandchildren. The bedroom setup was perfect also. (One room had two sets of bunk beds). It was very clean and furnishings were nice. Everything was exceptional!

Great experience

We had a group of 8. Loved all the beach items to use, including the beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. Very beautiful location close to shopping restaurants and the beach! So much space for all of us. Including 5 adults and 3 kids!

House was thoughtfully prepared. Kitchen had large amount of utensils and kitchen supplies. Even had sharp knives which is rare for vacation rentals for some reason!Place was very comfortable

Amazing Kauai "Home Base"

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO - the community it's in & property itself was beyond perfect for us. This is actually the 2nd time we've stayed in this community and this unit was just as wonderful as the first. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us to spread out and have our own spaces (2 families of 4), and it had the best lanai with the high quaity & comfy furniture to start our days w/ coffee and end them relaxing outside. It had everything we needed - including 8 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, 3 boogie boards and a soft-sided cooler. And lastly, the location to the pool and outside BBQ areas was fantastic...our teens could run down to the pool by themself and it was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book this VRBO again and I'd recommend to anyone on the fence...just book it!

Family get away

The house was able to accommodate our large family with teens and a toddler. Well equipped to allow for family meals. The pool was lovely and close to the condo. Walking distance to the local speciality shopping.

This property was everything our group of 6 needed. The location was within walking distance or a short drive to the beach, shopping, dining, and happy hour. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a descent pool and adequate gym right next to the unit. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking multiple cars was easy as we used the space provided with the unit and parked the other close by on the main road spaces which were large and plenty. I would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

Great location and property

This is a great property to stay at - both in terms of location and property amenities. Shopping, food, and the beach are just a couple minutes away. The unit itself was well maintained and as described. The concierge helped us book several outings and was great to deal with. Would highly recommend the unit and the property management company!

Amazing stay at Pili Mai 7B

The property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Our stay was incredible and I would return to this property without hesitation. The location was an ideal combination of relaxation and activity. We were a party of 9 who all fit comfortably on the property. Thank you for an amazing first trip to Kauai!

Fabulous condo

Spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, well appointed and comfortable condo at a quiet location, short drive to Po’ipu beach and restaurants. Pool within a few steps. Communication with the management company and their app was great. Dreamy vacation home.

Best customer service.

This place was perfect for our family of 7. It was very clean and beautiful inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and Everything you need for the beach. We asked if a cooler was available to take drinks to the beach and they bought us one. This was the best experience I’ve had with a rental. I definitely will book this place again! Mahalo Pili Mai.

Fabulous rental!

Great air con everywhere. Well maintained unit and estate/complex. Tasteful. Plenty of good towels. Blackout shades in all bedrooms v useful. Quiet rental and area except occasional crowing of cockerels (they are everywhere on this island). Property manager super helpful, brought laundry drying rack when we asked for it as we really needed it. Location great, we walked to Kiahuna Beach, nice walk and short drive to Poipu beach. Lots of beach furniture and accessories. Played golf- very easily accessible. In high season, reserve good restaurants ahead, they are booked out for weeks. A property I would not hesitate to come back to!

Vacation in paradise!

Our stay at Pili 7B was amazing! It was a perfect place for our family group of 10 to vacation. The entire process from booking, to our arrival and checkout was great. Communication with Kauai Exclusive Management group and their Concierge Darshan before our trip via email and phone were very helpful. The condo has plenty of space for our group of 10 that included four kids 6 and under to hang out. The grand kiddos especially enjoyed the two sets of bunk beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The place was well furnished and we had everything needed to cook most of our meals. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and some snorkeling gear. The lanai is a great way to start the morning with a cup of coffee. The pool and jacuzzi are right next to the condo along with BBQ grills right out front of the place. You are 5 minutes away from Poipu Beach where there is some of the best snorkeling and sea turtle watching that happens at sunset every night most of the year. This is a great place to stay for family and friends… you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect condo for your next vacation!

Our stay at Pili 7B was incredible! It was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The entire process was from booking, to our arrival and checkout was seamless. We were in constant communication with Kauai Exclusive Management before our trip via email and the Rental Host app. We even had someone from the concierge reach out to provide us more information on activities to do during our stay on the island. The beds were super comfortable, the unit was well-furnished, and we pretty much had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee outside on the lanai every morning. It was a great way to start our day! We also liked having the pool and jacuzzi was right next to us. This made it easy to take a dip to cool off after a day out of adventure. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-kept place to say on Kauai with friends or family, this is it!

Family Getaway to the South Shore

The property was excellent. Very high end finishes and appliances. It would benefit from having glass glassware (in addition to the plastic cups for the pool) and also additional towels. We vacuumed and washed the patio cushions on our first day, as they were quite dusty. This made the lanai quite enjoyable. We spent significant time there throughout the day watching the golfers and enjoying the ocean view. The management service was excellent and our concierge assisted us in booking some excursions that we hadn’t done previously. The concierge was also exceptionally open to constructive feedback. Over all, we would recommend this property to other families!

Kauai paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and has all the items you might need. Location is ideal for walks and nearby beach & restaurants. Only suggestions would be a variety of sleeping pillows. They were quite firm & there was no other option. The listing photographs changed on vrbo prior to our stay. We talked with someone and the unit was going to be managed by a different company. So we couldn't see any info or photos in regards to our actual unit. I would highly recommend this property.

A Giant Slice of Paradise

Terrific unit in an impeccably maintained community. Very spacious and excellent floor plan made for a cozy and comfortable stay. Kitchen/bathrooms/laundry all well stocked with necessities and beach chairs & umbrella also provided. Enjoyed coffee on the patio/lanai every morning with serene views of the lush surroundings (even a distant view of the ocean). Walking distance to the shopping plaza and restaurants and to the beaches. Highly recommended.
