Nani O'Hana Àr ett 4 sovrum, 3 badrum hemma belÀget lÀngs det gröna bÀltet i Poipu Kai. Det Àr ett idealiskt lÀge att promenera till strÀnderna, tennis, pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restauranger etc.
Ombyggt och uppdaterat sommaren 2016, inklusive en specialbyggd sovrumsdörr installerad 2018, Àr detta ett rymligt hem med alla bekvÀmligheter som du hoppas pÄ. SÄ lÀtt att gÄ till allt och med en kort bilresa kan du ocksÄ komma Ät ett dussin fler restauranger, shopping, botaniska trÀdgÄrdar, snorkelkryssning, zip-foder, ATV-ridning, ridning etc.

Vi rymmer upp till Ätta gÀster inklusive barn. VÄrt sovrum har en king size-sÀng och bifogat fullt sovrum med badrum. Sovrum # 2 har ytterligare en king size-sÀng med bifogat badrum, sovrum # 3 erbjuder 2 enkelsÀngar, som kan sÀttas ihop för att göra en ny kung och sovrum # 4 erbjuder en vÄningssÀng som Àr idealisk för de tvÄ barnen att njuta av. Vi har en 65-tums smart-TV i vardagsrummet, dÀr du kan komma Ät Amazon- och Netflix-filmer. Vi har ocksÄ en vacker matplats som rymmer 10 personer för en kvÀllsmÄltid.

Vi har ocksÄ en gasgrill utanför för dina grillbehov. Nya takflÀktar och belysning i hela hemmet, alla nya möbler, sÀngar etc. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med allt du vill ha och Àr i full storlek för mer Àn "en kock i köket". Parkering i uppfarten Àr lÀtt för 2 bilar och Àr bekvÀmt och privat.
Omgivningen Àr vÀldigt tyst och verkligen en hÀrlig plats att nÄ nÀstan allt.

The house is nice, and is centrally located in Poipu. The beach is walking distance, but if you have mobility issues, it may be too far to walk. The house amenities, like AC, laundry and items to go to the beach with are nice.

The house was perfect for our family vacation (all adults). The 4 bedrooms provided all of us with our privacy when needed and the large kitchen / living room gave us ample space to come together and truly enjoy our time together.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There is a BBQ which we used more than once. The property location is excellent as you are only a short walk from Poipu beach or the Grand Hyatt hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet with the house situated on a cul-de-sac minimizing traffic.Everything you need tor a day at the beach is in the garage, from boogie broads to chairs & umbrellas. If you need a wagon to cart it all to the beach, there is one. Coolers and beach towels are included as well. Other than snorkel equipment we did not need to rent anything else.Jon was quick to reply on the few occasions we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai!

Kauai Paradise

Wonderful vacation for our family of six!The home was so comfortable for all of us - plenty of room, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen well stocked, front and backyards were beautiful, excellent plus with a bbq and outside shower, games were fun, and the garage had so many beach toys (including boogie boards, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon, etc.). The location of the home was ideal! Plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive.The homeowners were so helpful and shared so much information about things to do in Kauai. We appreciated all they did to make our stay so memorable, relaxing and enjoyable!

Great Location

Loved our stay at this vacation rental. The kitchen was very well organized and well equipped to cook meals. The location was excellent to visit either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach, both were just a short walk away.

Amazing Location, Comfortable House

House is in a great location - a very short walk from the Grand Hyatt with Shipwrecks beach and a short walk the other direction to Poipu Beach - both just along greenways. Cannot be beat for a location. There’s a fairly private front yard to hang out in as well.

Wonderful family vacation in Paradise!

We’ve been to Poipu Kai many times over the years and this was time was an A+! The home was beautiful and perfectly laid out for our family of 5 plus my 80-year old mom. The location was ideal - easy walk to the beach on one side of the green belt and an easy walk to the Hyatt on the other side ( where we got a day pass to use their pools). Plus easy access to the tennis/pickle courts and pool! We look forward to going back there again someday!

Poipu paradise

This beautiful home is perfect for a family vacation. There were a total of six of us and we had plenty of space for everybody. The location is perfect and the house is very well kept including everything you need for the beach. I would highly recommend this home.

Paradise house!

This spacious, lovely home was great for our family vacation. The kids (2&7) loved playing on the greenspace out back, and the 30-somethings and 60-somethings loved the short walk to beaches, restaurants, and pool. This was the best equipped VRBO we’ve ever encountered: coffee grinder & filters, booster seat for the keiki, boogie boards, soccer ball, full spice rack - you sure made our stay easy!

Nice place that’s close to the beach

We had a nice time here. There’s a large master suite at one end of the house. Big, open living room and kitchen, and three smaller bedrooms at the other side of the house. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We definitely enjoyed the house. đŸ€™

Great place!!

We had a wonderful time. I don’t normally write reviews and we VRBO a lot. This place was very cool, unique, clean, well appointed, and the owners really go beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Well stocked on the cookware, etc. as well. Hope this helps someone pull the trigger - you should!!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was within walking distance to the beach and pool. We did drive to the beach at times.. Because the kids were too tired to walk back. The house was comfortable
especially the huge master bedroom. There was a lot of beach equipment to use, which was nice! Poipu is a nice area, very touristy. We ventured all over Kauai, all within easy driving distance. Had a great trip to Kauai!

Foodies Loved Well Equipped Kitchen

We had great family time. We loved short walk to beaches, turtles, seals, tennis, restaurants. Quiet and comfortable and the wagon to load with all those wonderful toys for the beach made living easy. Never could figure out the great stereo system. We live music so luckily we bought our own. A vacation we will enjoy thinking about for years to come. Mahalo.

A wonderful vacation home

My family stayed here for 10 days and the house was perfect for us. The living/dining area was very large as well as a big master suite. A second refrigerator in the garage was a bonus.. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The wagon was helpful to carry everything to the beach. We didn't use a cooler or snorkle gear but that was also available.

We loved our stay at this house. The property was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There was an extra fridge in the garage, as well. It was nice having beach supplies such as boogie boards and snorkel equipment as well as plenty of beach towels. The location on the greenbelt was fantastic. I loved getting up early in the morning to drink my coffee on the lanai and listen to the birds. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place, wonderful location

Very nice property. Clean, great kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. I was able to walk to the Grand Hyatt (<5 min) for a conference along the green belt. The property was situated about half way between shipwreck beach and brennecke’s/poipu beach which were each about a 7 min walk. Well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and even snorkeling gear. The pool was at the other end of the property/community and even though we passed two other pools on the walk, it was definitely the nicest pool on the property and worth the walk. Would stay again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! We enjoyed walking to the beach, the Hyatt, the pool (even though it wasn’t as close as we thought it would be). The house was FULLY stocked with everything you could need, complete with boogie boards in great shape, beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of kitchen appliances and dish-ware, linen, towels, etc. Twice we needed help during our stay (i.e. one time the bbq propane tank ran low), and both times our needs were met immediately. The owner is great and quick with communication and also provided great tips for things to do. On one “side” of the house, there is one huge and beautiful master bedroom with attached full bathroom, double sinks, sunken tub, walk in closet. Then you’ve got the open living & dining rooms and kitchen in the “middle” and then on the other “side” of the house is a hallway leading to a bathroom and 3 more bedrooms. One of those bedrooms has a king bed and it’s own attached bathroom which is great, but noting this in case other potential guests care: this second master is way smaller than the first master described earlier. Our family of 7 enjoyed this house and would stay here again
writing this review makes me sad we had to leave! We were two adult couples, a grandma, and a pair of older teenagers (they stayed in the room with the bunkbeds and enjoyed that both bunks were double beds not twins). The air conditioners in all the bedrooms was awesome, and there were plenty of fans as well if a/c isn’t needed.

We are from Colorado and have been enjoying Kauai since 1993. Our children grew up at Poipu beach park and we return as often as possible to enjoy this ideal family location and make new memories year after year. The kids never get tired of Kauai and we consider it our second home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love this property because the location is so ideal. We access the Grand Hyatt for coffee in the morning, restaurant options, Anara spa massages, cocktails in the library bar and easy walks to both Shipwreck and Poipu Beach areas. Having the pool, tennis, and greenbelt areas all just outside our door is amazing. We also like the fact that this is a private home vs. a condo and there is no noise from upstairs and we have total privacy and enjoyment of this stand alone home. We are happy to share our second home with you!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Lovely and relaxing views of the greenbelt and easy access to walk to everything in the area. Plenty of things to do, like beaches, horseback riding, snorkeling, botanic gardens, tennis....all within minutes of the property. We have boogies boards, beach chairs, coolers etc. We also have washer and dryer for your use too, so you can pack light and do the laundry once or twice. That really helps lighten the suitcase load!
