Nani O'Hana är ett 4 sovrum, 3 badrum hemma beläget längs det gröna bältet i Poipu Kai. Det är ett idealiskt läge att promenera till stränderna, tennis, pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restauranger etc.
Ombyggt och uppdaterat sommaren 2016, inklusive en specialbyggd sovrumsdörr installerad 2018, är detta ett rymligt hem med alla bekvämligheter som du hoppas på. Så lätt att gå till allt och med en kort bilresa kan du också komma åt ett dussin fler restauranger, shopping, botaniska trädgårdar, snorkelkryssning, zip-foder, ATV-ridning, ridning etc.

Vi rymmer upp till åtta gäster inklusive barn. Vårt sovrum har en king size-säng och bifogat fullt sovrum med badrum. Sovrum # 2 har ytterligare en king size-säng med bifogat badrum, sovrum # 3 erbjuder 2 enkelsängar, som kan sättas ihop för att göra en ny kung och sovrum # 4 erbjuder en våningssäng som är idealisk för de två barnen att njuta av. Vi har en 65-tums smart-TV i vardagsrummet, där du kan komma åt Amazon- och Netflix-filmer. Vi har också en vacker matplats som rymmer 10 personer för en kvällsmåltid.

Vi har också en gasgrill utanför för dina grillbehov. Nya takfläktar och belysning i hela hemmet, alla nya möbler, sängar etc. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du vill ha och är i full storlek för mer än "en kock i köket". Parkering i uppfarten är lätt för 2 bilar och är bekvämt och privat.
Omgivningen är väldigt tyst och verkligen en härlig plats att nå nästan allt.

Great home, great location

Absolutely loved the location on the greenbelt. Easy walk to the Hyatt or Poipu Beach. Stocked with anything you need from kitchen items to beach supplies. Loved that they provided so many towels. If I could give it a 4.5 I would… our only complaint was a mildewy smell in the bedroom with the bunks. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend and stay here again!

Excellent house for a family.

The house is just beautiful and well stocked with all kitchen items. The front patio has tropical plants that you can admire as you sit in the lounge chairs. The back patio faces the green belt with a large grassy area. You are within 12 minutes from shipwreck beach and and about 16 minutes to Poipu beach. The house has several boogie boards, 2 coolers and lots of sand toys. Best part, there is a wagon that you can load it all in to roll to the beach. The best part of the house besides the awesome location and comfort of the home, is the out door shower. It was great to use after a day of beach fun. The owner, Jon, communicated before we arrived with easy to follow instructions. He was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We had a wonderful family vacation and will seek this home out when we return to the beautiful island of Kauai.

Wonderful family vacation in Paradise!

We’ve been to Poipu Kai many times over the years and this was time was an A+! The home was beautiful and perfectly laid out for our family of 5 plus my 80-year old mom. The location was ideal - easy walk to the beach on one side of the green belt and an easy walk to the Hyatt on the other side ( where we got a day pass to use their pools). Plus easy access to the tennis/pickle courts and pool! We look forward to going back there again someday!

Fantastic Location, Beautiful House

We love the south shore area. This home has direct access to the walking path connecting Shipwreck and Poipu beaches (10 minute walk in either direction). Location couldn’t be better. Home is perfect. Hosts have thought of everything and are super easy to work with. Would book again without hesitation.

2nd visit to Kauai

Property met all of our needs for an 3 generations of my family. Centrally located for our excursions, plenty of beach toys for the kids and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking some meals. I would certainly recommend this property to others. I had no contact with property manager so this is a forced evaluation based upon the property,

Living at the middle of the resort

The property is located in the middle of Poipu, which is the paradise resort of Kauai. We enjoy living in the property feeling as if we were one of the resort residents. The surrounding circumstances are ideal. Beautiful garden with well organized tropical plants, spacious living area, with beautiful furniture, nearby ocean is someplace wild someplace calm, newly built shopping places have good shops and restaurants. We did not have to go to remote places for "sight seeing". Just stay home or walk around and go shopping and dining nearby places, those are the ideal resort life. Of course, cooking in the functional kitchen or good BBQ grill is great fan. Over all it was the memorable days in the property.

Amazing Location, Comfortable House

House is in a great location - a very short walk from the Grand Hyatt with Shipwrecks beach and a short walk the other direction to Poipu Beach - both just along greenways. Cannot be beat for a location. There’s a fairly private front yard to hang out in as well.

Spacious and clean property, super helpful owner

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay. Jon sent a great deal of information in advance that helped with our planning. With any issue that came up, he was very responsive and proactively reached out via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The ocean and pool/hot tub were a short walk away. Everyone had room to stretch out. The house had everything we were seeking.

Amazing home in Poipu!

This is a five star home in a five star neighborhood! We spent a week in Poipu to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday and could not have asked for a better experience. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, with two beautiful outdoor areas that accommodated our group of seven adults ranging from 18 - 90 at all times. It's 5 minutes away from two gorgeous beaches, a wonderful pool and a tennis/pickle ball facility. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group, and the garage has enough beach/snorkling/water accessories to keep everyone busy. John and Makenna were incredibly easy to work with, answered all of our questions with great detail and supplied us with tons of information ahead of time so we could jump right in and enjoy our time in Kauai right after we arrived. Look no further - this home is a gem!

Amazing Experience!!

Jon was amazingly helpful from weeks prior to us arriving, to having so many fabulous recommendations when we were in Poipu, and being so supportive to help our unique needs throughout the stay. The house was perfect for my whole family - 18 month old, 4 yr old, husband, parents, brother and MIL. We loved being able to walk to so many beaches on the green belt, and we had the wagon and a wheel chair on our walks. We cooked at the house primarily and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. And all the outdoor space, from the hammock, outdoor shower, and loungers in the private front yard to the patio out back along the greenbelt, was fabulous to enjoy the gorgeous weather! I can't say enough great things to express how much we loved spending time at this house in this epic location. Thank you!!

Great house and location for a family vacation!

Spacious, private house, perfect for a family vacation. We are a family of 8 adults, but house would be great for small children too! House is located on a tranquil green belt and is a short walking distance to several beaches. Kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. Also included are 8+ beach chairs, several umbrellas, 2 coolers and even a wagon to carry your gear to beach. Community is great, we didn’t use the pool but played pickle ball at the community courts. Dining and shopping are a 10 minute drive away in Poipu or Old Koloa town. The owner is very responsive and made sure we checked in and had all we needed. You should note that the main bathroom is open to the bedroom, separated only a with pony wall, so privacy is limited. Also, noise carries within the house probably due to the flooring being all tiles. Overall, I highly recommend this house!

Perfect House for 8

We were extremely happy with our stay at this residence. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 4 kids (teenagers) to spread out comfortably. The rental access and communication was smooth. The owner responded same day to an issue with an AC unit in one bedroom and we didn't skip a beat. The location is excellent. It was a great midpoint between the furthest NW location at Waimea Canyon and last stop on the NE side at Ke'e beach. The close walking proximity to Puipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach was great for our group. This is a spacious, comfortable home with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any families looking for a comfortable home away from home on Kauai.

Fabulous Home and Location

We had an idyllic two weeks at this home! The split floor plan with a great room was perfect. All the beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. The location was terrific. Poipu Beach was about 12 min for me since I walked slowly. The kids could make it in 10. Shipwreck was 5 min the other direction. The pool was lovely and we made good use of it. The home was the best equipped place we’ve ever stayed and we have come to Kauai countless times. Lots of beach toys in the garage. The kitchen had great quality utensils! We highly recommend this home!!!

We are from Colorado and have been enjoying Kauai since 1993. Our children grew up at Poipu beach park and we return as often as possible to enjoy this ideal family location and make new memories year after year. The kids never get tired of Kauai and we consider it our second home.

We love this property because the location is so ideal. We access the Grand Hyatt for coffee in the morning, restaurant options, Anara spa massages, cocktails in the library bar and easy walks to both Shipwreck and Poipu Beach areas. Having the pool, tennis, and greenbelt areas all just outside our door is amazing. We also like the fact that this is a private home vs. a condo and there is no noise from upstairs and we have total privacy and enjoyment of this stand alone home. We are happy to share our second home with you!

Lovely and relaxing views of the greenbelt and easy access to walk to everything in the area. Plenty of things to do, like beaches, horseback riding, snorkeling, botanic gardens, tennis....all within minutes of the property. We have boogies boards, beach chairs, coolers etc. We also have washer and dryer for your use too, so you can pack light and do the laundry once or twice. That really helps lighten the suitcase load!
