Great Location

It was a wonderful place to stay. A great location. The owner included so many little things that made it seem like home. There were several toiletries, paper towels, some water, etc. I hope to return soon.

Terrific stay

The property was just what we wanted. Great location just a few blocks from the beach. Small issues handled by the owner. Towels were a very nice quality. Extra touches like soda and water in the fridge. The kitchen might not serve well if you plan to do much cooking. There is almost no counter space. But that was not an issue for us. It was a great stay and we hope to return.

Fantastic location

The property is located within a short walking distance from restaurants shopping and the beach. Overall it was quite nice a few minor issues that were promptly addressed by the owner. The TV channel selection was limited which I wish I knew but not a major problem. Overall I’d stay again it was clean pleasant and as I said the location was perfect.

I had no hot water no ice no cable the building needs work very run down

The host was rude accused me of breaking her bed instead of apologizing because a bed was crappy no furniture matched in the entire apartment looks like it was decorated by a yard sale she wasn't apologetic for no hot water she never promised cable no tv no cable no no ice sge said by ice and water do not drink water . The pool area very run down not appealling mixed match furniture dirty grill not working the whole property dirty needs alot of TLC.

Quiet

The condo is away from the traffic and noise of the tourist area, but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Loved that we could just go down the street to get to the grocery store (didn't have to deal with busy traffic). Pool was small, but I had it to myself.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. The best location downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. Walk to the beach, restaurant’s and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our two months stay.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I love living in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This town conveniently located pretty much to everything: twenty minutes to airport, world class shopping in the major mall, multiple restaurants with live entertainment for every taste and preference in any direction you walk. We have pier that’s open 24 hours seven days a week if you’re in the mood for a night fishing or just want to see an awesome sunrise. The city of Lauderdale by the Sea sometimes putting on a great parties, blocking the center square on major holidays, complete with fire works, live performances of local bands and tents with variety of foods and local artists. Every year at Christmas time we have a Christmas boat parade and the mega party at the center square, where kids of all ages from Performing arts schools get to do the show on the big stage. I love the fact that it’s all this with in a five minute walking distance from the apartment.

If the guest decides not to rent a car, there is a several ways that they can get around town. Of course there’s taxis, Uber and regular buses. But the most popular is the Pelican Hopper which is free, conditioned shuttle service that will get you just about anywhere in the Lauderdale by the Sea. The guests can get more information on shuttle schedule if you Google it or download the Pelican Hopper app on the smart phone.
