Lauderdale dive trip

This property has a lot of bang for the buck, considering the area! The room was small but clean and efficient! Small 2 burner stove and a microwave with a fenced in yard for my last minute doggy travel companion ( my petsitter bailed on me). It was perfect for us! 400 feet from the main drag! Tons of restaurants and ships within walking distance and 2 blocks to beach. The hostess Denitsa was sooooo nice and accomodating! I would highly recommend staying at Keese's cottages.I will definitely book again!!

Great cottage

A great cottage to stay in. Has all the essentials: TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor/smoking seating, decent size shower, cutlery in a small kitchen area that also has a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and portable cooktop burner. Bed was very comfortable and is able to fit two guests. Great central location right by the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Guests are also offered a free drink at the affiliated restaurant a block away. Accommodations were made even though there was an initial slip up when we arrived. Overall, we were satisfied by how quickly the issue was resolved and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage.

Location and Value

Location is great. Very close to restaurants and bars. Ocean is a few minute walk as well. Unit was as described. Older but clean. Communication with owner was great. Check in was easy. Value for the area is great.

Exactly what I needed for a quick three night weekend visit traveling alone to a family event up the street. Was able to check in easily just before midnight after a late flight with assistance from the owner. The place had everything I needed for a restful night: a comfy bed, effective heat pump, kitchenette for a quick breakfast/heating up some ramen for a dinner snack, and a nice safe feeling, walkable neighborhood with a convenience store right across the street.

Great location

Hello we have travelled several times to Lauderdale by the Sea and often use VRBO The location and the room was fine. We didn’t have a clear indication as how to check in until minutes before our 4:00 arrival .We were met by the owner that seemed uncomfortable with us checking into a 1Bed room. Odd it’s Ft Lauderdale and yes we are a gay couple

House tenting

My house was being tented for termites and needed a place to stay with my three dogs. Check in was a breeze, communication with owner was great, location safe and convenient. It’s not really a place for a long term stay. I stayed two nights.

Would stay here again! Communication with our Host was prompt & everything posted was accurate. The unit is perfect for two adults. Everything in working order & short walk to the ocean. So many places to eat and shop in a 5-10 minute walk. Thank you for your hospitality!

Just okay accomodations

Although set-back and private, it was still somewhat noisy. The outdoor flood lights in the back were so bright that the closed blinds could not keep the room dark. In general, the place was clean but the shower had mold on the ceiling and in the grout. Bed was comfortable. There was only one roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy some. There was some abruptness on the part of the owners when we checked in. We arrived at 3:53 for an agreed upon 4:00 check-in, but they were irritated because they were still cleaning and were finished at about 4:20. It was just okay, but we probably would not rent this place again. Very close to the beach. Others may like it.

Great location!

My partner and I stayed for the weekend. You can’t beat the location! We parked the car and walked everywhere. It was a perfect size for the two of us. Will definitely recommend to others.

Perfect place to stay for your beach trip! Walking distance to shops/restaurants and the walk to the beach is enjoyable. The host is accommodating and so very responsive! Will definitely stay again!

Cute studio close to beach!

This studio is so close to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay too! Comfortable beds, fenced yard for our dogs, towels and kitchen accessories. Would definitely stay again! The host was very responsive as well!

Cozy and close to everything

I used to live in the area so I'm very familiar with these older bugalows and the charm that comes along with them. It was just the right size for our small family of 3. My wife felt that the shower was a little small (compared to home) but I couldn't help but realized that it was much larger than a recent cruise we were on. The AC was fridgid and the ceiling fan strong, so at no point did were come close to feeling uncomfortable inside. The best part is the proximity to everything. 1 block and all the restaurants and bars to be had at Lauderdal by the Sea. Highly Recommended.

Amazing location with one issue

Only a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants/night life and a 5 minute walk to the beach, this tucked away space was perfect for a quick 3 day getaway. However, not having hot water after a long day at the beach or a night out was a big issue for us.

Awesome little Bungalow… close to everything

Loved this little place! It was so convenient to all of downtown and the beach all within walking distance!!! Owner was very easy to reach and responsive!! My husband and I went for a weekend getaway!! The rental was small, but very clean , had all the essentials needed , and perfect for a couple’s getaway!!! Hope to be back soon !!!!
