We are New Englanders. This is our winter home beginning Feb 1st to the end of April. We have never had a problem with any of our tenants because we are responsive if there is a problem.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Lauderdale by the Sea has an Entertainment District on Commercial Blvd and the beach that is only 1.5 miles. There are several restaurants and gift shops and it is always hopping. There are also nice wide sidewalks and people are always out walking and the road has a bike lane. With the bus and the Circuit shuttle around town, you don't really need a car.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The interior is fully modern with all new appliances in the kitchen, the mattresses are just a couple of years old, it is tastefully furnished, the closets and dressers have plenty of room, all of the essential kitchen items are there and the pool is nice. You just unload your bags and are all set.
