La Costa

The condo is in need of some remodeling. Chair in living room should be replaced. Queen bed should be replaced. Kitchen table and chairs were worn. Condo is in an excellent location. All people were friendly. Kitchen is nice and well stocked. King bed was comfortable. Overall a nice vacation area.

Great location, beautiful beach

Great location. Directly on a beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were clean. Washer and dryer nice. Nice new kitchen appliances. Kitchen could use more supplies…pot holders, spatula, pastry brush, grill utensils. Carpets need deep clean or replaced. Screens on lanai torn. Some repairs and furniture updates needed but overall unit was adequate.

Outstanding Lanai views!!! Great location for restaurants & shopping! Spectrum TV s are crap & didn’t work half the time! Love AMI All in all it was a fantastic 3 week vacation ❤️🏖️

Gorgeous view

This condo was right on the beach. It had gorgeous views! The property management team was helpful when a slight maintenance issue came up. They sent someone right away to help. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. We would love to stay again!

All furniture was outdated. Chairs beds etc! Linens NOT many

The beach is wonderful, our contact person Susan with best beach getaways WAYS amazing, !😊 however she explain her hands were tied with the amenities within the condo! Owner makes all those decision , an she could not help with getting US any more comfortable chairs etc….. We did have access to see other units ,an they had very Plush sitting chairs etc… that made the view of the GULf so much more relaxing …. Linens were NOT plentiful, also the shower had NO safety grab bars to make sure of falling , tile very out dated… Double bed in master room was UNAcceptable , on 2 bdrm was only twins.. Carpet an tile thru out was pretty dirty , as our feet were always BLK even after shower…. Little pricey , for the amenities offer:( Weather was awesome 😎

Great condo; great location.

While the condo could use a little lovin' (carpet cleaned; shower showed some wear), we loved the layout. The kitchen/living area looked out over the gulf. Great balcony. Very quiet for sleeping; I never heard a sound. The pool was heated; the hot tub was hot. Loved the sunsets! We will be back.

Deceptive pictures...

We had a nice time and the unit was spacious and comfortable enough. However, the pictures are deceptive. The couch is right up against the kitchen counter in the pictures on the listing in order to conceal huge water damage/stains to the cabinetry. In real life, the couch is several feet away from the counter.

Wonderful Vacation Destination

We had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of room for a family of four. We really enjoyed the screened in area along with the lounge chairs out back as it was nice to relax there in the evenings. It was in the perfect location and the amenities were nice as well. However, be prepared to wash bath linens often as there’s only a total of 8 sets (towels/washcloths) with 4 hand towels. You will need to bring along all detergents, paper products, food, toiletries, etc. as only the basic necessities are provided. Overall, this was a nice property and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful beach

The condo unit was very nice however we couldn’t access the spiral staircase to the pool. The door needs to be fixed. The beach was pristine and the water was clear and beautiful.

Cant beat the view and how close you are to the beach! Loved every second of it and can’t wait to go back. There is no better way to enjoy AMI then at this location!

Beautifully appointed on the beach!

Condo was very comfortable and overlooked the beach! Beautiful sunsets. Easy booking and check in and out was a breeze. WiFi was sketchy at times - calls to management co were not answered but the issue resolved??? There is a garage available but that was not communicated in the description of the property - bonus!

Bradenton Beach

We're childhood friends that meet up once a year on the beach, we felt this area was very safe for 2 females traveling alone. Marbella Villas is one of the nicest condos we've rented on the gulf coast from Key West to Panama City Beach. Awesome view of beach from kitchen and huge balcony. We especially enjoyed that the building is only 2 stories with elevator & private garage. You can catch the free trolley a block from condo which travels the entire island. Golf carts are street legal, so car was not needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys provided. Go for it and enjoy!!

This is a great property. The beach and the pool are right there! The unit has a large lanai and the view, loved it! Everything you need was provided, except tp! No back up roll. Overall it was a great stay.

Great Location

This property is located right on the beach. Even though it's in a condo building it feels private as does the beach. Nice and clean spa and pool. Property was spacious and looks like the photos. Love that it's a corner unit because there are lots of windows for light and also a huge balcony (screened). Had an issue with the air conditioner when we first arrived but someone came right over and fixed it within a matter of an hour. Was the perfect place to spend a week with my adult daughter who flew in from NYC! I would book again.
