Amazing location to the beach, went back amd for while kids were at IMG, fast drive. Close to many eateries. House was perfect.

Beautiful Views

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a decent stay. Upon check-in we realized that the property was not properly cleaned. Some examples of what was surprising was that there was hair from previous guests in the bedding of the room with the bunkbeds as if they made the bed without changing the sheets/bedding. A sink in the master had toothpaste in it, and lots of food/doritos in the kitchen and outside seating. They offered to come reclean when there was only a day left in our stay so we stuck it out. Being that close to the beach and having the pool at the property were the nicest elements. Lots of places to sit outside and watch the view. Make sure you keep the doors closed - the thermostat is regulated and controlled. Family had a good time. I probably wouldn't stay at this property again until they change cleaning companies, but we stay at this beach 6-10 times a year and enjoy the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home with lots of amenities. Great beach access. Comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing location. Only complaints we had was the internet was very inconsistent the duration of the trip and the washing machine seemed had issues spinning and rinsing. We had times the washing machine would turn itself off multiple times before working correctly. Outside of those issues it was great.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We had friends coming from out of state and so we wanted a great beach location and this was definitely it! So easy to pull our beach gear just across the street and set up for the day and even have a view of our people from the porch. The guys enjoyed the putting green A LOT! House is pretty well-equipped. Nice to not have to bring beach towels. Kitchen had most of what we needed, but definitely bring insulated style cups as the plastic ones weren't great. The main floor bedroom is really pretty tight and could use a new bed. We gave our out of towners the awesome third floor room which is huge and seemed very nice. The garage "fun" stuff could use a refresh and some organization, it was little bit of a mess, but we weren't bothered to not use it. The management company blessed us with late checkout which was AMAZING since our friends' flight wasn't til evening. That was much appreciated. Can't beat this view and location!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

House was wonderful and so close to the beach! The pool may look small in the pictures but was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 5 kids! Tons of games and other fun activities in the house to keep you busy! Sitting on the deck at night and watching the lightning out over the ocean was incredible!

30th Birthday Celebration!

We had a group of 10 and we had a blast the house was gorgeous just like the photos! The beach access and the views sold us! We had an amazing weekend that we all wish we didn’t have to leave. The house had so many areas for us to hang out and enjoy our stay! Communication throughout the stay was another great aspect of this stay no matter what we needed we had such a quick response time, would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. For the cost it was not as clean as I am accustomed to. This home had a lot of stairs. There was not any soap for washing hands and the kitchen did not have any dish cloths which again for the price should have been an essential item. When picking up the kitchen rug to sweep a ton of sand came out and we did not wear shoes inside and this not long after arrival which shows that it was not cleaned well

The Heavenly Sunset is Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at a very clean Heavenly Sunset (residual sand not present). The location and view of the beach is fantastic. All amenities, such as cocktail pool, three outdoor living spaces, extra box fans, throw blankets, outdoor games and bikes made our week-long stay great.

We love it here

The home had everything we needed and more! Very clean and organized and equipped with pool/beach toys. Only complaint was the ladies in the check-in office were not the most inviting. Location was fantastic, views were beautiful. Will be booking again!

Well Equipped and well maintained in a super location

We had a fantastic relaxing time. My niece and her family were visiting from Australia so there was 7 of us and everything was perfect - layout, cleanliness, equipped with everything one might need for a beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and book this again when having a large party of 7 or more people.
