Welcome to Seacrest on AMI! You will fall in love with this cozy tropical 2 bedroom, 2 bath home situated on a quiet street of beautiful Anna Maria Island. This island home is just 200 steps to the powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. If you feel like lounging at the house there is also a brand new saltwater pool and turf! The open floor plan includes a kitchen that opens to living room and dining area as well as the outside deck. The large 10x19 open front porch is perfect for entertaining with friends or family. Seacrest is designed to sleep up to 6. King in the master, twin over full bunks in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa. Although the house is truly the perfect place for your dream vacation, it is the location of the house that makes it so great. When you come to stay and play on Anna Maria, it is all about adopting the island lifestyle, and that is exactly what Seacrest will let you do. Grab the provided beach towels and chairs and walk 4 houses to one of beach access on the island. Rent a bike to explore the island’s many hidden gems and watering holes. Great location!

A bit compact but fit our family of 6 well enough. The pool was great to relax in after a long day at the beach. Just a short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was nice to rinse off all the sand. A few extra amenities would put this place over the top (pack n play, highchair and some basic seasonings like salt and pepper ) would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great house and location!

This Anna Maria duplex was updated, clean, and felt like home! It was such a great location (just steps from the beach) in a nice quiet area on Holmes Beach. The new pool was private and the kids loved swimming after a long day of beach fun. The beach chairs and pool toys could be updated (some broken and rusted) but everything else was perfect. We would stay here again and highly recommend for other beach goers!

Perfect getaway

The house was immaculately clean and ready for our arrival. Fresh linen and towels. Compact property but perfect for us ( 4 adults, a six year old and a baby). Nice clean pool with garden furniture. A very short walk to the beach and trolley bus stop.Absolutely no complaints about this lovely house.

Amazing Property

We had an amazing stay and were literally steps from the beach. The house is great and the location is even better. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend at the beach. Can’t wait to go back!!

It was so great to be so close to the beach, and to be able to relax by the pool. Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trolley. We went to relax, and it was very easy to do that here!

Excellent accommodations! Beautiful decor, very clean and comfortable beach house within walking distance of the beach. We experienced a slight delay in gaining entry to the residence and wifi password but Robyn and the management team were quick to respond and sort everything out for us. We had a wonderful break and we'll definitely be back for another visit.

My wife and I stayed here the last week of April ’24, the house is freshly renovated and has a deck off the front of the house with a dining table and sitting area. In the backyard the owners have created an oasis with an in ground pool that is beautifully tiled. There is artificial turf around the pool with lounge chairs and 2 outdoor couches and table. Walk to the beach is short and we found it to be very clean and relatively quiet at the beach. There are many more beaches nearby, plenty in town to eat. There are 2 piers nearby for fishing or try some surf fishing. There are 2 fish poles and beach chairs/toys and a wagon included. Our stay was very relaxing…..we would stay here again. * If you want some amazing donuts you have to check out The Donut Experiment! Donuts made to order with a ton of toppings available and arrive warm and delicious!

Good location

With the understanding of the recent storms we were very fortunate to find this gem but there were a few things that definitely still needed attention but we worked around it It would have been nice to have a few rugs on the floor one at the door & bed side, a few condiments like salt, pepper, coffee, a box of tissue in the bed rooms & a trash can in the smaller bedroom. A wagon to bring stuff back & forth to the beach & a heavier duty beach umbrella with an anchor that screws into the sand. The area is wonderful as it is residential so if you are looking for a nice quiet place close to the beach & having your own private salt water pool it was perfect! We would definitely consider staying there again. The owner responded right away when we contacted them & someone was sent to check the kitchen floor issue which was great. ,

Schönes Häuschen mit Verbesserungspotential

Super Lage praktisch direkt am Meer, relativ ruhige Strasse, Objekt hätte bei Übernahme etwas sauberer sein können, Klimaanlage springt alle paar Minuten an und ist sehr laut, generell Haus mit deutlichem Sanierungsbedarf, vor allem im Bereich der Terrasse; die Inneneinrichtung wirkt relativ neu, man bekommt bei Übernahme genau zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier pro Toilette und zwei Spültabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine beziehungsweise Waschmaschine gestellt, also am besten ein paar Tabs mitnehmen, um nicht eine große Packung vor Ort kaufen zu müssen, riesiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank und Eismaschine, sehr kleiner Pool, Mülltonnen werden zweimal die Woche geleert, ausreichend großer, überdachter Carport, bei Anreise erhält man per E-Mail beziehungsweise SMS den Code für das automatische Türschloss mitgeteilt, Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietagentur, jedoch manchmal etwas lange Wartezeit auf Fragen, bei Übernahme beziehungsweise Verlassen des Hauses kein persönlicher Kontakt in Person (auch nicht erforderlich), insgesamt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wenn man das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis akzeptiert
