Farmhouse in Frisco Texas

The house was as advertised. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy to get to and/or use. It was a great house for a weekend in the DFW area. Thank you for the use of your home.

We LOVED staying here!!

It is beautiful and in a very comfortable neighborhood. We felt very safe and it was close to many of the sites / restaurants / shopping we visited and to our family. As a Real Estate Broker I saw some things that needed a little more attention to. Home is starting to show some wear and tear. Overall we loved your home and thank you for sharing. Amazing Stay

My friends and I had a short weekend getaway to explore the Frisco area, and we were not disappointed. This home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The rules were clear and posted, and our host was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Perfect Home!

Very clean and inviting. Large kitchen with great lighting. Loved having the garage to park in. The location is excellent with so many restaurants and shopping within 1 mile or less! Would definitely stay here again. :)

Home needs a deep cleaning

We stayed at this home for a weekend, and while it had cute farmhouse decor and a cozy vibe, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience were disappointing.Safety Concern & Poor Host Response: The front door frame was damaged, and the deadbolt was barely holding onto the frame. This was a major security issue, & I immediately messaged the host. Unfortunately, the only response we got was automated until 2 days later and offered no solution or even an apology. If it hadn’t been so late at night when we arrived, we likely tried to cancel and opted for a hotel instead.Cleanliness Issues: The house felt unclean from the moment we walked in. The "house slippers" provided were visibly dirty and should be replaced. The air vents were caked with dust, and we suspect the air filter hadn’t been changed in a long time—my husband developed bad allergies after the first night. The ice machine in the freezer had visible mold and bacteria, which was a huge red flag for how little deep cleaning is done here. The dining table was sticky, the sheets in the master bedroom were old and piling, and worst of all, we found someone else’s hair in them and had to rewash everything before sleeping.The only positives were that the directions were clear, and the labeled light switches were helpful. The host’s lack of urgency regarding a major safety issue was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until the host takes real steps to improve both the home and their responsiveness.

Nothing Special!

The pictures on internet makes the place breath taking. The house was pretty old with just okay decorations. There were no coffee etc. Cabinets were totally empty. NOTHING to make my stay feel warming. Especially for the price I gave out for two day stay. The lighting in the house was pitiful! The couches was covered with throw mats and absolutely filthy with stains. also, wasn't as comfortable for a farm house. I would not advertise this as a farm house so deceptive. I recently stayed in VROB one bedroom with my husband in Jefferson Texas for two nights and felt more sweetness and welcome spirit there. They had a special coffee bar with snacks. I will not be excited to rent this house again, or will I tell anyone looking for a stay in Frisco about the house. The hostess has to improve tremendously. The cleaning fees were very high. If she can't take care of the little things that, makes a difference,. the cleaning crew should. The soaps that were used in the house appeared to be a dollar store quality. I am not one to complain her text communication was good. But what was provided inside the home get's a zero from me and my guest. they were so disappointed with the house. I am only be honest in our opinion . I hope you will take the evaluation serious and change the problem's for the next guest.

Such a cute House!

Great Neighborhood. Perfect House! And Close to all the places that were important to us. Rachel was a good host and everything we needed was available in the House. The beds were comfortable and we LOVED the Decor. We would rent again in the future for sure!!!

Home Away from Home!

Property is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Clean and Comfortable. The layout is especially nice as the master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the second and third bedrooms. Lots of privacy. Outdoor patio was nicely landscaped and perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious house that’s decorated adorable. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need for making means. The check-in process was super easy. Excellent Communication from host! We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.
