West Sunsets enjoyed on a large balcony or on downstairs patio as you’re just 30 ft from walking straight into the lake. Inside of home’s energy embraces the amber sunset ambiance!! With 2 king bed master suites and private bathrooms featuring jetted bathtubs, this property offers terrific comfort for all guests. Enjoy the additional living room space with a futon for an extra bed. Pool table, foosball, cornhole, darts, bbq grill, kayaks and a fire pits throughout the property are just a few of the wonderful amenities provided. I LOVE my home & happy to open my doors for others too experience Lakeside Lake Life with actual walk-in waterfront along with the Happy Vibe this home has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

In search for that perfect Lakefront Sunset property I explored all areas of Lake Lewisville and this location was KEY!! Capturing every sunset off the lake plus having the country/golf vibe around the corner to enjoy daily and to add just 12 minutes from nightlife’s Frisco entertainment were all good reasons I choose this community. Plus NO HOA.!!!

One & only if it’s kind floor plan - straight up Custom home. So many people love my home I’ve had 4 people actually try too take it from me LOL true stories…yes I am very transparent.
Now back to this topic…My home stands out from the rest besides its beautiful ambiance in a peaceful cove. Also having our private core land as our own open playground to enjoy miles of lakeside safe exploring since every neighbor voluntarily maintains its’ core area. The fact that there is no HOA also gives us that sense of freedom appreciated in a respectful manner. When was the last time you stayed on a property with open land??? No wood fences total open views of custom homes surrounding this private cove directly across Hidden Cove Marina & campsites.
