Monthly Rates Available-Please Inquire! Celebrate your special occasion in this rare gem! Best condo in the resort, you canât get any closer to the water! We fully renovated this beachfront oasis in 2020, and it is now ready for YOUR DREAM VACATION! The condo is located as close as you can get to the beach, you can walk directly from the private patio to your reserved beach chairs. This is an end unit, and has exterior entry right outside the front door.
Beach Service (free blue beach chairs and umbrella for two) included in all reservations March 1-October 31!
Fully renovated studio condo located at Top of the Gulf. The condo is an end unit on the 1st floor, in the front section of the resort. Our beach is not over crowded, itâs right in the center of the historic area of PCB with only one high rise condo down the beach. Your stay includes daily use of the private beach chair and umbrella set up for two located on the beach, in front of the condos. The chair and umbrella rental is typically $30/day to rent. Full kitchen, one bath, and the perfect amount of space for two (just under 500 sqft total). Comfortable memory foam king bed. Luxurious leather oversized love seat is perfect for relaxing and watching the when youâve had enough sun. Walk-in closet with hangers and shelves to storage your personal items. Kitchen equipped with upgraded kitchenware. Keyless entry into unit, resort complex offers large community pool, outdoor view seating, outdoor pool and patio seating, community grills, poolside bar and grill, shuffle board and outdoor games, super sized beach chair for photos, gazebo, lounge, exercise room, coin laundry on evened floors, game room, outdoor showers, kiddie pool, and a wonderful sun deck. Beach access is directly in front of resort and pool area.

We live in PCB, and manage our few beachfront condos personally. We are not your typical vacation rentals, our condos are maintained to ensure quality and cleanliness are a high priority. I inspect our condos before and after every guest, it allows for the best service to guests, and ensures the condo remains in tip too shape. This one is very special and wonât remain a kept secret for long!
