Thank you, Aubrionna! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and found the unit clean, comfortable, and well-located. It’s great to hear the pool, beach access, and Bikini Bob’s added to your experience, and we understand how the 14th floor might feel a bit high with little ones. We're glad you enjoyed the condo and that it had everything you needed for a great stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the wristband fee. While that fee is set and collected by the resort's HOA rather than Book That Condo, it is disclosed in the property description prior to booking so guests know what to expect before they arrive. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the temporary water outage and elevator delays, as those were resort-wide issues outside our control. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the room, but we apologize for the issues you experienced with the dishwasher and toilets. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we're sorry the maintenance visit did not fully resolve the concerns during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will share your feedback with the appropriate teams. Thank you for staying with Book That Condo, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
