Great location

Wynwood is definitely the place to stay if you’re visiting Miami. It’s close enough to every place you’ll want to visit and it’s far enough away so the noise doesn’t bother you when you want to sleep.My family of 6 had an amazing time in this house, it was very comfortable for all of us to sleep and will rent it again next time we’re in Miami. The tenants were attentive and the house was very clean when we arrived. They were very helpful and the check in process was really easy.

Art Deco Home

The house was great! Neighborhood wasn’t terrible, but there were a lot of cars that sped through. We didn’t go out near at night, but no one bothered us. Neighbors were quiet. Ilida was so great with communicating, and was accommodating to what we needed. She was also very thoughtful in preparing for us to arrive. We would stay here again!

Booking was great...Asking to check in a lil early,yes,was allowed..Inside the home was ok with cleanliness..The cost was affordable...Now,there were holes in the walls,tile of floor not stable.U will not have a good night sleep on the mattress,I sunk to the springs...Grass was not cut...If I had known the neighborhood,it would have been an easy heck No...It’s in the ghetto.I will be returning to Miami some day,but I will pay whatever extra to stay in a better neighborhood.U get what u pay for..

I have been living in Miami, Florida for over 30 years. I have seen this city being transformed for a simple town to a magnificent city that provides tourists with multicultural experiences. It is a wonderful city to experience the hispanic and Haitian culture and to enjoy its beaches and many outstanding restaurants that represent our global cuisine. As a beach, fishing and scuba diving enthusiast, I thrive in this beautiful city. I hope you will have a most wonderful stay in Miami and its surroundings.

This is a very interesting home built in 1926 and recently renovated. Its location is spectacular, as it is close to so many tourists places. The house has character, it is spacious and has enough room for enjoyment with the family in the living room as well as privacy in its 3 bedrooms. The backyard is ample and provides a restful setting after a day at the beach.

The house is comfortable, roomy and within 15 minutes distance to Little Havana, downtown Miami and the beaches. It gives a very homey and restful feeling to our guests after a day touring the city.
