It was clean. Smaller than the pictures listed. The roosters OMG!!!!!!! Im glad it was just 1 night. The location of the property was in the ghetto and I will never book it again.

Was very nice to be able to stay here during my family vacation. Was close to all the places we wanted to go. Would recommend to friends that are looking for a place to stay.

Good for a crash pad

This is a much older house in an older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification. There is a lot of trash in the neighborhood and there lots of interesting people. However, the house is clean and adequate for a short stay. The hosts must have a problem with parties because they were very concerned and required to see my ID, requested credit card info, and demanded I sign an additional contract. I would not stay here for a vacation but it was perfect for a few hours so we could sleep and shower!

Excellent location in the heart of Miami neat everything

Perfect for my family of 6 for a couple of days in Miami prior to a weekend in the Keys. Location is ideal in Wynwood - 15 minutes from anywhere you wish to go (airport, South Beach, little Havana, Coral Gabled, U of Miami, etc) and walking distance to Arts district. Host communicated well, the place was clean and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nice for anyone staying longer than a few days. Highly recommended.

Our driver recommended we not stay in this area. We switched to a hotel room.Very scary people walking around!

Overall nice

Things were as listed and clean. Parking for multiple vehicles within the property.At first sight neighborhood looks questionable, but no problems at all. Good location with short distance to interesting places in Wynwood.The neighbor's roosters was difficult to overcome in the early mornings (most of us ended up sleeping with earplugs).

Just what we needed for 1 night before cruising

Property isn’t in the best neighborhood, but it was close to airport and cruise port. Unit smelled a little musty. Unit was tidy, beds were clean, but everyone’s feet/socks were black from walking around the unit. We only stayed one night after flying into Miami and before leaving on a cruise. In short, I’d stay here again for another night, but would look for something else if vacationing in Miami, and not just passing through.

Perfect

We didnt stay long, it is a nice place, the neighboring area and homes are a bit sketchy. Trash in the alley and the gate was an offset, but all went well. I would stay again if needed.

Great Property

Fantastic property. Very clean. Having 3 bedrooms was a game changer. Short walk to local restaurants and bars in Wynwood. Would stay again the next time I venture to the Miami area.

Night before a Cruise

We were looking for a convenient place to spend the night prior to departing on a cruise. This home was near a vibrant downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was also convenient to the airport and the Port of Miami. The host was very helpful when we needed an earlier check in time. The home was clean and comfortable for 8 adults. The neighborhood was a little older, but I would stay here again.

TERRIBLE

The pictures are good inside. However this location is located in a very bad neighborhood. I selected this place because it had enough beds to accommodate my Cruise Group. The group came up from Jamaica to cruise from Port of Miami and only needed a one night stay. When the first person arrived to the apartment the lock would not work. This was a big deal because the apartment is located in a very bad neighborhood, there was garbage on the floors, the fence had a rooster sitting on it. The neighborhood looks and can be very dangerous and honestly it was scary for my guests. I had my guests try a few more times and then called the phone listed for Kaya. A person answered (she was not Kaya) and said send a video and then hung up. We called her back but she did not answer. I walked her through the steps again. We tried a couple more times we added one additional step…code, turn lock and pull door handle we finally got in. The ad says heart of Wynwood however it’s not true. Wynwood is a walkable area this location is not. I would not recommend this spot. I’m a local travel agent and I would not place any of my clients here again. If I could attach pictures in this review I would show you.
