Du tittar på ett nytt totalt ombyggt hem. Perfekt plats! Huset känns super rymligt och rymmer lätt två separata familjer, var och en på olika delar av huset. Vacker layout, super mysig, privat och orörd komfort.

Det ögonblick du kommer in i huset kommer du att känna dig som hemma! Allt är nytt och välutrustat. Från golv, till väggar, till möbler till allergivänliga madrasser. Glittrande rent, helt enkelt en dröm som går i uppfyllelse för din underbara vistelse i soliga Miami. Huset har två separata klimatanläggningar och vackra infällda lampor i alla rum. Varje rum har platta smarta TV-apparater och gratis streamingtjänster för dina favoritkanaler, inklusive Disney, Nick och mycket mer.
Det finns till och med ett trevligt barnrum med en våningssäng och en SONY PS3-spelkonsol med mer än 20 spel!

Bara för att göra saken ännu bättre är vi så centralt belägna att du kan vara på din favoritplats i Miami på mindre än 15/20 minuter utan att behöva sitta i trafiken. Motorvägarna ligger bara mindre än en mil bort. Om du flyger in, är du i princip 5 minuter från Miami International Airport och om du planerar att spela golf ligger golfbanan tvärs över huset. Om du kommer med din familj och det är sommartid, kan du bara ta några handdukar, korsa gatan och vara i en trevlig vattenpark med barnen njuta eller uppfriskas från värmen på två minuters promenad! Ja det är riktigt.

Awesome place and fantastic hosts! Definitely recommend!

We were in town for Ultra and it was always easy and quick getting to Ultra. The place is clean and well stocked, and the hosts are amazing! They responded quickly and checked in on us often, they were also flexible with our checkout time which helped us a lot. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing House

The house is centrally located to just about anywhere in Miami and within 5 minutes from the airport. All the amenities were just as described and even better. I would highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed.

New Year's Getaway

We had a great time in this centrally located home. Everything was very clean and just as advertised. Just as a suggestion for extra protection, consider switching the lock from a key to a keypad. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great communication!

Really Nice!

House was very clean and modern. Four bedrooms and can easily sleep 9 people. Only 5 min from the airport. Owner was prompt to answer questions. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. We would stay here again.

Great Place

The place was great, only thing is the room with the bunk beds isn't a fully enclosed room if that matters to you but there are 3 fully enclosed rooms. The home was cleaned and sanitized, the owners were kind enough to allow us to check in early and drop off luggage early. One of the showers wasn't draining properly but we alerted the owners of this. The home had water bottles refrigerated for us as well as nicely stocked with utensils and pots/pans and other kitchen devices for a nice homey stay. The managers are very kind and made for easy communication. We got a bit tripped up finding the place as in the area there are a lot of streets with the same number but different ending i.e. 17th street/place/terrace/avenue in the same area so when you get the address make sure your gps doesn't autocorrect it.

nice place, near to everything. The neighborhood is soo safe. the house is really good for a family

renting this property is so smooth. there is no problem at all. I didn't regret to rent this place and for sure we will be back in this house if we will be back in miami.

GREAT HOUSE

It was a party of 9 and we all had somewhere to sleep. This house was cleannnnnn clean. It was more than we expected and 2 minutes away from where our yatch was at. Close to all kinds of stores. The iron went out and before we got bk home we had one at the door waiting on us. WE LOVEEEDDDDD THE HOUSE AND THE hospitality
