A rare gem, available between travels, this split-level home offers a truly luxurious stay. Spread over three breathtaking levels, you’ll have ample space to relax and enjoy sparkling harbour views. You’ll find your entertaining space on the ground floor. Unwind in your spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, where picture windows let natural light spill over your pure oak and cedar wood floors and white walls. Boasting marble worktops, V-ZUG appliances, and a double sink, your kitchen is the perfect space for those gastronomically inclined. Dine at the formal dining table beneath a recycled and handmade Italian lampshade. Start the day right at your breakfast bar, overlooking a generous neutral sofa, which forms a comfortable relaxing area around a flatscreen TV. - Jetty is available for guests to use for swimming and fishing.
- Unfortunately is not available for boat parking, however there is sailing clubs nearby offering complimentary drop off to your property, or there is a water taxi.
-The property owners may occasionally need access to the boat shed, they will provide ample notice.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
