• Not ideal for toddlers or guests who struggle with stairs

• Please note:  From December 2024, the air conditioning on the main level is not available. Freestanding fans have been provided for your comfort in the kitchen and living room.

• 2025 - Home theatre/play room TV is not working. Rear balcony furniture is well worn and the owner will replace mid-year.

Great location but amenities lacking

This home was in a wonderful neighborhood and was very walkable to many nearby beaches, restaurants and shops. However, this property lacks amenities which you typically get in a short term rental. There was no laundry detergent or dish soap, no paper towels, very few trash bags, etc. Even worse, the WiFi NEVER worked. We tried resetting it daily and trouble shorted but never succeeded and thus had no WiFi or television use during our week long stay. Parking is very limited / there is a garage to park in but anything more than 1 car would be difficult to park. Lastly, while i could sometimes get someone on the phone through the property manager, communication was very sparse and our issues were not resolved during our stay. It was unfortunate given the price paid for the property.
