Best vacation experience

I don’t say this lightly but the Stay Better Vacations management team allowed this to be the best vacation rental I have ever booked. Before I ever got there, the welcome guide they provided me had me more than prepared with information on the property and the surrounding area. When we got there, everything that we were promised and were expecting was there. The condo was very clean and up to date. The management had more than enough supplies to last us the week. If this goes to show how above and beyond the staff goes, during our stay, the washer machine went out, they had it replaced within 2 days. In the meantime, someone from their office came and washed all of our laundry and returned it to us. This meant a lot for our family with 3 little kids! They couldve left us high and dry. As for the property itself, the pool and playground were such fun to enjoy! The walk to beach was incredibly easy, even with the kids. I was blown away by this condo and Amelia Island that I will never book anywhere else!!

Cleanliness

Everything was very nice other than some minor areas around the condo that had not been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival… kitchen cabinets were a bit sticky and there were some spots on the walls and counters that had been missed. Bedroom quilt also seemed a bit dirty. Location and everything else was pretty near perfect but would have preferred things that have been a bit cleaner or to have at least had some cleaning supplies available to handle the areas that were less than satisfactory. Overall very good trip and would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice condo in complex, easy walk to beach

If I could give 7 stars or more to the communication I would. Once we were booked we received regular, helpful messages by text and got a few questions answered along the way. Thank you Stacie, really superior customer service!! This is a cozy condo that is an easy 3-5min walk to the beach. The beach cart in the condo was great for taking everything we needed in one shot. We enjoyed the pool at the condo as well. Most condos appear to be permanent residents and the view off this deck is not great (not bad but not a morning coffee and look at the woods or beach kind of view). Would stay again.

First Time Visit

This was our first time to Amelia Island and we were not disappointed! The location was perfect - close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants/stores. The property was quiet and the neighbors who were permanent residents were very friendly and helpful. The management was excellent with communicating with us. They even sent someone to come fix the toilet handle mid-week. The guestbook sent via email was very helpful - we enjoyed many of the restaurants suggested. The beach cart was such a help - thanks for including that!!! Our only suggestion would be to possibly add additional seating in the living room - with a family of 4 adults, we didn't have always have somewhere for each of us to sit comfortably. Also, the kitchen table is cute, but not very functional/sturdy. Other than that, everything was great!!!

Quick easy walk to beach

We have stayed in Forest Ridge before and knew we wanted the quick easy walk to the beach again for this trip. The kids also love the pool in the community. The beach cart and soft sided cooler in the condo were lifesavers! Thanks for having us!

Nice condo, great location.

Nice comfortable renovated unit. Convenient to beach, grocery, and downtown. Communication and information provided by the property manager was excellent. Stacie made us feel very welcome!

Perfect for our needs.

The property was beautiful. There is a small children's play ground that my daughter enjoyed. The room was clean and had everything needed that you wouldn't get with a usual hotel room. I could not find the bathtub stopper, so we had to use a wash cloth for the tub. On the bright side, there were bath tub toys. That was the one thing I forgot to pack, so I was impressed with that minor but thoughtful detail. Overall, I would gladly stay at this location again.
