We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our studio suite has a kitchenette, queen sized bed in bedroom area, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit one night room and tax cost.
Pet Fee is a one time payment of $40 per pet, max 2 per cottage, dogs only.
No refunds for early departure

Cute place

This is the second time staying here for the Shrimp Fest weekend. The cottages are small but cute. It’s walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. We had an issue and they were helpful and accommodating.

Great location- great service!

Overall cottage was excellent. I rated it 4 for cleanliness because of the microwave being dirty. But overall I would stay here again! Great location and easy to get to the beach. Betsy at the front desk was awesome and my daughter, dog and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Price is fair but Cleaning needs to be better.

Great location, very cozy and comfortable but if you are a clean freak you may want to consider somewhere else. Good for the price. Second time being here and both times not the cleanest.

Adorable Cottage with a short walk to the beach

My wife and I spent a couple of days in the Seaside Cottages and absolutely loved it. The room was well appointed with what we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We drive a 4x4 Jeep and the closest access point to the beach included the ability to drive on the beach with a 4x4, so that was super convenient.The location is near several restaurants and a short 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina. This enabled us to easily move back and forth to enjoy whatever we wanted to in the area.We loved our stay and will be back again!

Sweet stay

The location of Sea cottages near Fernandina Beach was great. Everything else is a close drive and we loved to downtown old town Fernadina Beach.

location, location

This was a wonderful place to stay for my mom's first trip to Florida. The cabin was so cute and comfortable for my mom, sister, and I, and only a short, easy walk to the beach for the morning sunrise (and my mom is 85). While I don't generally recommend leaving something you value behind when you check out, the staff at Sea Cottages were so kind and professional in the handling and returning of my forgotten object. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good Location and convenient

Had all the basic necessities and met our needs with our dog. Decorating of unit was rather mis-match, but was easy to get to beach and other areas on Amelia Island.
