The condo was very clean, decently stocked kitchen, king size bed & pillows uncomfortable.Pool was nice but the weather was too cold to use. No closets in 2 spare bedrooms. Overall pretty nice stay

The stay was nice. Accommodations were good. The dryer did not dry real good and had to be turned on twice to dry the towels we had washed. The spare bathroom had an issue with the outlet. The lights went out but were quickly turned back on after some high winds in the area. The chair in the living room was questionable to sturdiness. It felt broken in the middle. Overall a good place to stay for the money. Everyone was quick to respond if I had a question or needed something. Great location to food and beach access.

Great stay with kids

We thought the condo was great, had everything we needed and was kid friendly. Walk to beach was about 5 minutes, safe. Pool was far better than expected!

Condo was good. It could use some repainting in most of the rooms, but overall a good condo. Good location.

The unit was smaller than expected and minimally / poorly furnished. The flush flapper on the master bedroom toilet was disfunctional and we had to get in the tank and put it back in place after each flush so it would flush again. The quality of the interior was not great and the quality of the building and stairs was not good. We have rented several different units for a number of years and the quality and location of the units has always been very good. The Mermaid Den doesn't compare and we would not rent it again.

Great location!

This condo was located 2 minutes from the beach and was stocked with everything we needed (except perhaps a rain umbrella which we didn’t expect to need). Amelia Island is a wonderful place to visit and the town was incredibly charming.

Amazing, Excellent Location!

We absolutely loved staying here, it was super clean, very quiet, it was decorated so nicely. We will definitely be back. Everyone was so professional and kind. The location was fantastic as well. Excellent property!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Home away from home

Perfect for couples or families. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Close to the beach and pool access, if desired. Quiet neighborhood. Didn't want to leave and will plan to return. Loved Amelia Island.

Great location

Nice condo just a short walk from the beach. Condo had lots of little extras that were a nice touch. Balcony faces a parking lot but still a nice place to sit and read or relax.

Great unit in great location!

Very nice property. We like the living space separate from the bedrooms vis a the hallway. Easy walk to beach. Great parking, even for and extra car if needed. Would definitely book again!

Nice location

Perfect spot for the Amelia Island Concours. Easy access to the shows and the rest of the island. Very close to the beach as well. Extremely high priced but almost normal for that weekend. Worked for us.

Christmas Getaway

My family wanted a place close to the beach and family friendly. The Mermaids Den was a perfect spot. It was either a quick walk or drive to the beach. The managers were very efficient and quick to respond to messages.
