Imagine living on the 20th floor of a downtown condo with a screened balcony that allows you to see beautiful skylines at night as you watch the sun go down. This is a one bedroom condo with contemporary decoration and updated appliances and floors. This is the perfect place for the person(s) who like nicely decorated environments. The unit is tucked away in the corner of the building away from the elevator traffic. Great unit!!

First vacation together!

Location was very convenient to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge! Cabin was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the pictures! I would definitely book this cabin again!

Conference Trip

Convenient location to the Georgia World Congress. Neighborhood is a bit uncomfortable in the evening hours, so I appreciate the bldg security.

Great Place just could be kept up more

Walked in it was beautiful inside. Then walked into the bed room and the sheets from the previous stay were still on the bed and not made but did have a change of sheets in the closet. The bath room had the towel rack hanging off the wall and the toilet paper rack broke off not a big deal to myself but made the place look less put together than it was. I would go back and stay but definitely needs a better cleaning service.

The pillows were a little stiff, and the back of my head fell asleep (🙃) after a little while on them. Also, the property owners left an annoying sign on the refrigerator, suggesting that a 4-star review is only of merit when "there were many problems with my stay". That being said, there was really nothing wrong with my stay. Great wifi. Great doormen. Great elevator. Clean space. Great location. Great couch. Great kitchen. Superb Balcony.

Exactly What We Hoped For!

The place is RIGHT downtown easy walking distance from absolutely everything! Seriously close. Also check in was really easy and streamlined. Front desk team knew the drill and there was no delay in getting into the place. Beautiful view, place was in very great shape, and no long drawn out "clean the place yourself and THEN pay a cleaning fee" process. Very close trash chute and no worries and hassle on checkout. Highly recommend!

I had no issues with this property and would stay here again. The only things I didn’t like is the parking situation and I couldn’t control the air. Other than that, no issues at all. I would stay again.

Overall a good location and stay

It was a business trip for me to join a conference in Georgia World Congress Center. It is a nice location in the Hotel District and about 20 minutes walk to the convention center and other attractions around the convention center. Atlanta downtown is not as safe as one would wish but it is not a problem with this unit, people staying in expensive hotels face the same when they step out of their hotel. Initially, I struggled to find a grocery store nearby but found a CVS a few minutes later. There are good restaurants around but on the expensive side. The overall unit is very well furnished, and Jann is very responsive. Other guests have pointed to firm mattresses and when I pointed out before my trip she was kind enough to get a memory foam mattress topper it worked very well for me and was fresh every morning for my conference. The only suggestion I could leave is if the towel railing could be fixed in the bathroom, it should not be a big task and has been pointed out in previous reviews, but it still is broken and not usable. Other than I will recommend this place without any reservation and stay again if needed to be in Atlanta.

I loved the condo, it was very clean and awesome location,

I only had a problem with how hard the bed was, other than that great place to stay, oh and you have to pay for parking..$ 65 for two days…is what I paid, fantastic views…

Great Unit!!

I really enjoyed staying here. Check-in was very easy. The place was clean and updated. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was nice and very quick to respond to any questions I had. All the the front desk people were very friendly. Definitely not a unit to overlook.

Awesome location for Aquarium/Centennial Park/Coca-Cola Museum/SkyView/Dining… some quality caveats.

We would consider staying here again for a ‘tourist’s visit’ to Atlanta… The price point is fair, however, at its price point, we did find certain quality standards that were not up to our expectations. We are a well traveled couple in our 60s, former hosts of one of the top rated VRBO‘s in the country. All this said, we’ll just list the caveats that guests, and particularly the owners, should know about as of 6-20-23. 1)Least comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in - seriously FIRM… We’d equate it to putting a few layers of blanket on the floor and sleeping on that. 2) Linens across the board were very lame… all clean/washed well, but beyond their guest friendly life cycle with ‘washed stains.’ 3)The TV screen in the livingroom looked like some genius guest had taped something to the screen, and there is still adhesive stuck to the screen obscuring your view of your show. 4)The bathroom - a) there’s no vent, b)the towel bar is falling off the wall (use mollys instead of plastic anchors), c)every stay should include a bar/bottle of quality soap at every faucet. 5) a cute screened in balcony with a great ‘city view’ spoiled by a poor quality rug that was always blown out of place. Nice breakfast across the street at “Sway” at the Hyatt Regency, and a great breakfast on our “aquarium day” (again - walking distance!) at the Atlanta Breakfast Club, across the street from the aquarium. Had a nice steak and awesome grouper at Max Lager’s just a block down the street.

This property is located in downtown Atlanta in the Peachtree Towers. It has been completely remodeled with new everything in late 2020 and all appliances have been updated for you to enjoy.

It does not get much better than being 20 stories high and able to look over the city at night. You will enjoy the evening sunset on the screened balcony. The unit has been remodeled and decorated for enjoying the beautiful atmosphere upon entrance.
