Lägenheten är perfekt för par, soloäventyrare och affärsresenärer. Lägenheten är nyrenoverad, har gott om gratis parkering på gatan och ligger på gångavstånd till Ponce City Market, Piemonte Park och Beltline, kaféer, restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker och andra tjänster och en kort bilresa till många andra attraktioner. Walk Score 84 (Very Walkable) så allt ligger i närheten. Delad cykelstation på kvarteret. Vi har bott i Midtown i många år och ser fram emot att dela det med dig.

Lägenheten ligger i hjärtat av det historiska Midtown Garden District i Atlanta, utvecklat mellan 1895 och 1920. Gatan är fylld med charmiga bungalows byggda i början av 1900-talet. Varje tänkbar detaljhandel, restaurang och kulturell attraktion finns i närheten. Vårt lugna bostadsområde ligger i hjärtat av stadens hjärta. Det är bland de få områdena i Atlanta där du enkelt kan gå platser. Wonderful ATL Midtown place

I stayed here for a month! Loved it. So convenient to everything. I cooked in the small kitchen that has all you need. It's in a quiet, safe location within walking distance to Trader Joes, and other stores as well as Piedmont Park. I will definitely return to this flat, it feels like home.

Highly recommended place!

This place is great. The neighborhood is really nice and within walking distance of Piedmont Park and a bunch of restaurants and bars. The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or couple. It has a nice kitchen, if you feel like prepping meals, and a comfortable bed and sitting area. Definitely recommended.

Lovely neighborhood

My husband and I spent three days in Atlanta in March. The apartment was small but comfortable - exactly as described. We loved that it was walking distance to Piedmont Park and restaurants. We had a couple of questions about the tv when we arrived and George was quick to respond.

Great midtown location. Kitchen small but has the essentials. The step down from the bedroom was unexpected. Street parking was always available.

Wonderful stay in a quiet and clean area

George had everything perfectly prepared upon arrival. The place was warm, quiet and had all necessities available. George is clearly an experienced host. We will definitely reach back out for our next stay in Atlanta.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Clean, complete, and nicely appointed studio apartment set back from already very quiet street in Midtown Garden District. Moderate walk to food and shops; to Midtown offices, restaurants, and services; and to the Beltline.

Perfect stay

This place is cute, small, and perfect for 2 on vacation in Atlanta. We attended DragonCon and it was far enough away (6 min drive) to Americas Mart, Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, Westin, and more that it was quiet when we were done for the day. The price was amazing as well! It is also only about a 7min drive to the aquarium and coke museum which eas nice as well. Parking is on the street but there is always something near by and its free. For sure felt safe in this cute neighborhood as well which is a huge bonus.

Midtown Getaway

Perfect for Piedmont Park

This property was great overall. I booked this location for it proximity to Piedmont Park for a music festival we attended. Nice neighborhood, close to everything and easy access to the location we were staying in.

Great location!

This was the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do in the area. Street parking is hit or miss depending on time of day. Easy to find, great communication with owner. Thanks for making this part of our trip enjoyable!

Weekend Get-Away

My daughter and I came for the weekend to watch US Women’s Soccer and to visit the JC Presidential Library and Martin Luther King’s museum. We absolutely loved location - it was quiet annd offered easy access to everything. The flat was a perfect size for us. Our host was quick to respond to questions and gave great food recommendations. We will definitely rebook on our next trip back to Atlanta.
