Atlanta visit

Overall, this property was excellent! Great neighborhood near plenty of shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Excellent experience and I highly recommend this property

Lovely neighborhood

My husband and I spent three days in Atlanta in March. The apartment was small but comfortable - exactly as described. We loved that it was walking distance to Piedmont Park and restaurants. We had a couple of questions about the tv when we arrived and George was quick to respond.

Highly recommended place!

This place is great. The neighborhood is really nice and within walking distance of Piedmont Park and a bunch of restaurants and bars. The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or couple. It has a nice kitchen, if you feel like prepping meals, and a comfortable bed and sitting area. Definitely recommended.

Valentine’s Weekend Stay

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed three nights it midtown Atlanta during a snow storm. One the days it snowed, everywhere was closed so we just stayed in. It was a very cozy space with stores just minutes away where we went shopping for groceries before the storm hit. The day after we went to the World of Coca-Cola and the famous Georgia Aquarium. We drove a little out of the way to visit special Chick-fil-A’s such as Dwarf house and Truett’s luau and had our final dinner at Ted’s Montana Grill. If we need to come back to Atlanta for anything, we will book again!!

Great midtown location. Kitchen small but has the essentials. The step down from the bedroom was unexpected. Street parking was always available.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Clean, complete, and nicely appointed studio apartment set back from already very quiet street in Midtown Garden District. Moderate walk to food and shops; to Midtown offices, restaurants, and services; and to the Beltline.

Many Pluses

Great to have access to a full kitchen; but the space there was then very compact. The clothes washer and drier and the free, safe, on street parking were also greatly valued. The stay is in a very quiet location too and is very close to drive to the key local sights. The air con heating / cooling worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The host’s communication was pleasing. Quite a few mosquitoes around the access door day or night; but all of the windows are screened. 4.5 to 5 stars.

Wonderful stay in a quiet and clean area

George had everything perfectly prepared upon arrival. The place was warm, quiet and had all necessities available. George is clearly an experienced host. We will definitely reach back out for our next stay in Atlanta.

Perfect stay

This place is cute, small, and perfect for 2 on vacation in Atlanta. We attended DragonCon and it was far enough away (6 min drive) to Americas Mart, Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, Westin, and more that it was quiet when we were done for the day. The price was amazing as well! It is also only about a 7min drive to the aquarium and coke museum which eas nice as well. Parking is on the street but there is always something near by and its free. For sure felt safe in this cute neighborhood as well which is a huge bonus.

Long term stay

My 21 yr old daughter stayed here for 3 weeks in August while waiting for her apartment to be ready. The apartment was perfect for her and the owners were very easy to communicate with. It's a residential area and my daughter always felt safe. But its still close enough to walk to area restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. Theres a very large park, called Piedmont park, across the block with lots of events always going on. They have a city pool, dog park and farmers markets on the weekends. Would definitely stay here while in Atlanta

Weekend Get-Away

My daughter and I came for the weekend to watch US Women’s Soccer and to visit the JC Presidential Library and Martin Luther King’s museum. We absolutely loved location - it was quiet annd offered easy access to everything. The flat was a perfect size for us. Our host was quick to respond to questions and gave great food recommendations. We will definitely rebook on our next trip back to Atlanta.

Midtown Getaway

The location, condition, decor, and equipment were excellent. Very comfortable and clean, easy to get to, close to everything I needed, and quiet. It’s a true “find” if you’re looking for an uncomplicated one-bedroom in the heart of Atlanta!

Nice just not our cup of tea

Overall the place was very clean and well kept! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My husband and I were a bit disappointed with the space itself. We felt it to be a little claustrophobic and cut up. Also the lock box was a bit antiquated and hard to use. Although the place is nice we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Weekend Stay

We stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving. The location is great because of its proximity to downtown and midtown. Tons of stuff to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed The Vortex and Hudson’s.
