Great little cottage, it had everything we needed; beautiful surroundings, excellent Neighbourhood which. Was walking distance or a 2-3 minute drive to restaurants and shoppingif you’re up for it. The host Greg was very friendly. He was close enough to make us feel comfortable but far enough away, not to impede on our stay, which I love. He made us feel at home and didn’t mind receiving Hugs which made it feel like Family for us! We definitely plan to stay here again. Thanks, Greg.

A Perfect Getaway - 5 Stars!I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Steps to Piedmont Park - Cozy Midtown/Ansley Park Cottage," and I can't recommend it highly enough! The Carriage House is beautifully decorated, combining modern amenities with a charming, cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is impressive, making every corner inviting and comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more. Just a short walk to the stunning Piedmont Park and the Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the local culture.The host, Greg, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We got to meet his sweet cats and he even let us borrow ice for our evening cocktails which was so kind. Overall, our stay at this Carriage House was nothing short of perfect. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the city, this gem is the ideal choice. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect, no notes

We were in Atlanta as queer travelers, and Greg’s carriage house is basically halfway between the two parts of town where queer nightlife happens. The carriage house itself is immaculate. Clean as a whistle, everything is clearly labeled (yes, labeled!), Greg is an incredibly kind and communicative host. Yes, it’s just a bed and a full bathroom and kitchenette — but that’s all you need since you’ll be out and about in a big city. Oh and parking is everywhere!

Absolutely Amazing

This is the perfect spot for a cozy retreat in the very busy city of Atlanta. Located perfectly to reach any place in the city in 15-20 minutes. Super clean well appointed room with parking 30 feet away and situated in a upscale neighborhood. Greg the owner is a super nice guy as well.

Pleasant

Beautiful place and neighborhood. I stayed for 4 days and was always comfortable during my time. Host was kind and accommodating with clear instructions laid out. If I’m ever in Atalanta I would happily stay again or recommend it to others.

Cozy comfortable place!

This studio is very comfortable with all that you need for a pleasant stay. A great location next to the Botanical Garden and Piedmont Park and a short walk to the High Museum and Woodruff Arts Center. The host was very accommodating - highly recommend staying here,

Great cute spot!

What a wonderful gem! The place has everything you could need, in a fantastic location. Walkable to lots of attractions in a quiet safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything you could need. Greg was an excellent host- very friendly and helpful. A can’t recommend this place enough!

My stay at Ansley Park Cottage in Midtown Atlanta.

First, I will say it’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood with all the historic homes lining the streets as you make your way to cottage. Greg is a wonderful kind host as well as a great communicator with all the information from the check in process to all the great restaurants in the area. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need supper clean well organized! the bed and pillows were super comfortable
I fell asleep right away. I enjoyed looking at the backyard far more better than any hotel room view. I enjoyed taking with Greg from time to time felt as we were next door neighbors, he was generous to pull his suv further up his driveway to allow me to park my truck when there was no parking on the street due to an event going over the weekend in Atlanta Botanical Garden. I will definitely be staying here again at the cottage!

Great Experience

My husband and I were in Atlanta to see a Braves game. The location was wonderful!!! Very safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. A VERY SHORT walk to Piedmont Park and the botanical Gardens (right across the street), which were both great to visit. Also, a quick drive to the downtown area and to the Braves stadium. The host, Greg was awesome!!! He recommended some great places to eat and was there to answer any questions we had. He went as far as to grab us Eclipse glasses so we could enjoy the eclipse. Accommodations were very nice and bed was very comfortable.
