quiet neighborhood on the Fruita Grand Junction border close to all of the outdoor activities and in a very family friendly quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly with fenced yard and amazing indoor stalls and pasture and riding area for 2 horses if traveling with horses. This is a single level home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. No smoking or parties or events are allowed. Wireless wifi, evaporative cooling, dog room and dog door access as well as plenty of storage for bikes or other trailers etc. If you have additional horses or desire a horse experience I can help with that time and weather permitting. Grill and new celphalon pans and ongoing upgrades on this new property with a lockbox and easy checkin features.

Quiet and Quaint

SOOO relaxing! We just loved all the views, the quiet neighborhood, the fireplace, the doggie doors, and the bedding! So happy we chose this property for a quick getaway from the bustle of city life!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

My husband, two dogs, and I had a wonderful, short stay at this property. The house was very clean, especially for a rental that allows dogs. The decorations were modern yet cozy and I hope to have a kitchen of my own like this one one day! We went for a wonderful hike and stopped at some local breweries in Grand Junction afterwards. There were plenty of great restaurants to order from as well. We will absolutely be back again!

Love this luxury house in the farm land

Full kitchen, so many dishes, cooking wares. Different thickness of bedding to make us very comfortable. We wish we could come back again. Kim, you are super 👍 nice. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable house.

Quiet neighborhood

Great location with beautiful views. House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so the neighborhood was quiet. There are two bird feeders on the property with several kinds of birds coming to eat.

Quiet, welcoming Fruita—Grand Junction stay

What a gracious, well-equipped and well-appointed home. We biked and hiked, enjoyed eating out in Fruita. The few miles to town are pleasant and well worth it for the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Kim is a great boost, the house was spotless, and very livable. We’ll return!

Nice break when traveling with horses

My horses enjoyed the large barn stalls, turnout and grazing pasture. It is hard to find a place to stay with your horses during long road trips.

Pet friendly, Lovely home with great accomodations!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kim was great and we all loved the home. It was very comfortable and we loved being "out in the country" with the feeling of serenity and the gorgeous views! Thanks for helping us have such a great belated Christmas celebration with our family!

New Property, great visit.

We had a nice visit and loved the location. I'd recommend a 4-slice toaster for a group of any size. Plus, reading lights on both sides of the master bed would be a plus. I would also add brighter lightbulbs throughout--a bit dreary is most of the house. Still had a wonderful time.
