Kristy and Mike have been providing property management services for luxury properties for the past 30 years. We fell in love with the Fruita area because of it's year round sunshine and abundance of outdoor activities. Our goal is to make your stay with us 5 stars!

We like the location because of the wonderful countryside setting. Love to be so close to the BLM Recreation areas
