Fourth Bedroom: Comfy queen bed and an additional twin trundle on the lower level.

3 Bathrooms: One full ensuite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and step-in shower for the main bedroom. Two additional full bathrooms, with one on the main level and one with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom is on the lower level of the home, sporting an additional standalone shower!

The kitchen will have a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven with a single-serve coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, silverware - plus some spices, coffee and filters, paper towels, trash bags, and dish detergents to get you started! Bedrooms include new mattresses, high thread count bedding, down-alternative comforters, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, plus toiletries to get you started including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

We are open to considering exceptions when appropriate. Safety and Security: To maintain the well-being of our guests and the security of our homes, we may incorporate security devices such as Ring Doorbells or sound level monitoring. These cutting-edge devices are designed to enhance security while minimizing any potential privacy concerns. It is important to note that there are never any video devices inside any of our homes. Guest Presence: The guest who makes the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
