Ideal for Travel Nurses, Corporate Clients, Temporary Relocations, Vacation Couples, & Small Families looking to spend a little more for location and Beach Life. Walking distance to the Beach and Downtown Del Mar. Spacious/cozy layout and fully stocked for functionality. Perfect Workspace for those working Remote during the Pandemic. The Del Mar Beach Villas offers a relaxing and "kicked back" vibe for our guests. In other words, guests can still enjoy a calm & fun atmosphere without all the hustle and bustle, or, worrying about waking up Grandma & Grandpa lol. We like to say it's a nice "Happy Medium."
From the minute you walk in, you realize this hidden gem is all about location, coziness, & functionality. Ample space aside, the living area provides plenty of lounge seating for small families. Sprawl out on the sofa or kick back in the cushy, overstuffed chairs to enjoy your favorite movies streams on the sizeable LED TV. With a fully stocked California Kitchen & standard appliances, guests are able to dine and entertain with ease. Adjacent is a 2 person bar high top to enjoy a cocktail or two! A cozy ans spacious layout for being so close to the beach. Location is fantastic! Close enough to the heartbeat of Del Mar, yet tucked away in a tranquil area. The vibe is also fantastic. Guests can obtain a little bit of liveliness, while still enjoying tranquility and relaxation.
