Wonderful retreat

The property is beautiful! Very comfortable and quiet and exactly as described in the listing. We definitely enjoyed relaxing on the private patio each evening. We plan to return in the future.

Well appointed design. Gardens are fantastic. Shower water pressure on point. Three star rating because the bed was awful. Firm, could feel the springs, we rolled together because it’s sunken, and resulted in poor sleep. I’ve traveled around the world, mostly with a modest budget, and this is by far the worst bed I’ve slept on. New comfy mattress and this property would be 5 star.

We arrived later at night and so having self check in was ideal. The sidewalk was well lit to the guest house out back. We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful backyard and the lush gardens when the sun came up the next morning. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. You could see the ocean from the street. The few questions we had, the host answered within minutes. We enjoyed staying away from all the busyness:)

I truly enjoyed mytime in this quiet, quaint, comfortable place, it immediately felt like 'home'. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are near by shops and restaurants.The beach is a short walk or drive from the rental. I needed to work via the internet and the Wifi was great. I met the host who is truly kind, gracious and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very responsive, flexible and helpful. The home is located on a beautiful street with a lovely garden. The bathroom has a very clever shower area. Bed is comfortable. Very quiet home. The listing mentions pool access - which we didn't explore. Laundry facilities are available in the main living area by mutual agreement.

Short walk to the beach, beautiful backyard

The highlight of this property is the lovely patio and garden out back. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee outside with the birds and flowers all around. The beach and walkable area is about about 10-15 minute walk down the street, which is great. The facilities are great as well. It had just been professionally cleaned when we arrived.

Best Experience in Renting I've had thus far

Beautiful property. Great location near ocean, restaurants, groceries, the fairgrounds, the freeway, and quiet neighborhood. Although it was a studio, it seemed much bigger with large bathroom, galley kitchen, and modest sitting/TV area. The patio and garden area were surrounded by stone pavers, tiles, plants, and flowers. I could live here! I commend the host. He always responded promptly to my emails. I always felt he was available if I needed him.

Quiet & Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very quiet & relaxing. Bahram was quick to reply to any questions we had. The bed was comfortable for us both, a king size would be nice in a room that size. A curtain that can be pulled across the entry door would be helpful as the security light would periodically go on during the night & wake my husband. The kitchen was handy to have but there are no pots & pans if you plan to cook anything simple. Not a problem for us as the area offers great dining choices! We would stay here again!

Perfect long weekend getaway

I was beyond thrilled with the location of this property! Every morning I walked down to see the ocean and spend a few minutes on the patio enjoying the quiet morning. It was the perfect size for my friend and I, and we put almost every kitchen appliance to use during our time there. The resident upstairs was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night, and the bright flood light shining into the main room made it difficult to sleep at times, but overall I was very happy with the whole experience and the prompt communication from the owner. Recommend!

spacious studio

lots of room, nice kitchen, and a shower that you could throw a party in! Big covered patio. Very nice place. It's a modest walk to downtown or the beach.
