Good little place!

Great proximity to lots of attractions. This was such a better alternative to a hotel.

Great location and unit overall, but beds are pretty bad

This unit is a great spot for families or groups, but the mattresses and sheets are really subpar. The springs are at the surface like on a pullout bed. Just adding a 2 or 3-inch mattress cover would be a vast improvement. Also, they really need cotton sheets. The synthetic sheets are just so uncomfortable. These are small investments that will make this a great unit.

Beware- 3 VRBO listings for this condo

On this listing, the pictures and description are not accurate. There are much better pet friendly rentals. I should have known better when I saw only 4 reviews, so I wound up googling the owner after I had his name. I was shocked to find that he had 3 different VRBO listings for this same unit and all 3 have different info. He has different check in and check out times on everything. The place is SMALL and there is very little seating when there is sleeping for 10 people. All of the furniture is in poor shape. The beds are horrible and there is No king bed. They are all queens. The place does not feel clean even though it probably is. If I could provide photos I would. Second, it has the bare minimum for visitors that are flying and can’t bring their own supplies. Thank goodness Publix was next door. There were no extra trash bags, no cleaning supplies, 1 paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, no wine glasses, no toaster, gross silverware, dishes, pots and pans. There were 10 pillows total, no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets. There is an automatic door lock, but it takes between 1-3 minutes for the door to lock, so you’re waiting until you hear the beep before you can leave. If you do stay here, do not pay a lot. You will be disappointed. Many people have made suggestions but he has done little. Th only saving grace was Daniel was great at communicating. He allowed us to check out at 11 even though his cleaning person showed up at 10.

Poorly managed unit.

Poorly managed unit. I have stayed at this location multiple times without issue. I could tell that this unit was managed by a new owner. Upon arrival I notice multiple issues, first was the blinds were messed up in one of the rooms. The second issue was that there was a TV missing in one of the rooms. The third issue was that the ceiling was leaking. In the fourth issue was the garbage disposal failed to work. Before me even arriving I was informed of an issue about the cooling system which I asked about and it wouldn’t be resolved until the day before I was leaving. After leaving the unit before I could even write a review I was then contacted by the manager of the property and they tried to charge me $475 for the garbage disposal not working which I had already communicated doing check in that it wasn’t working. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I frequently vacation in Orlando.
