We stayed here for a family of four trip (2 adults, 2 teens) to explore Universal Studios. Location is great, very close to Universal, no problem parking, easy to navigate. Condo was perfect for family with teens, kitchen had what was needed to cook, pool table was a plus, balcony was great for views at sunset. Good size condo, everyone had their own space. Pool was lovely way to begin/end a day, it's a very short walk two buildings down to the clubhouse. Would stay again and/or recommend to friends.

I am a world traveler and this spectacular condo rates right up with the best anywhere! A definite repeat for us. Spacious, beautifully furnished and immaculate. Brand new pool and amenities are second to none. My son had a blast.Full bar and great food options. Easy to prepare a meal in the kitchen.Location is extremely convenient to all attractions. Easy to park and find the condo.10

This was exactly like the pictures. Except the lighting was off in the small hallway where you walk in. The rooms were just like the pictures. The master bath could have been another room-it was so large. The only problems we found was there were spots on several ceilings. One was in the living room that looked to be water damage with there was black around this area. It was also in 1 of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Whatever it was I was sensitive to it and had to go to a doctor. I do not like leaving reviews like this but someone else could have lung problems and experience something even worse.

Great property! Quiet, clean, perfect location to Discovery Cove, Seaworld, Disney Springs etc.The pool and bar were beautiful and our grandaughter loved the game room. The condo in general is spacious (large!) with a good-sized kitchen you could feel comfortable cooking in. The balcony was great too. Frank answered any questions or concerns immediately which made us feel welcome and cared for. Check in was very easy, we moved right in and went to the pool for a cocktail!

Lots of Space & Great Location

This property was very clean and spacious. The location to the pool was great - very close but enough distance that you didn't hear the noise from it. The pool table in the rental was a hit with the teenage boys - bring your quarters.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo , the only small thing we did not like is the fact we have to play to pay for the pool table i think it should be free once the stay is booked but either way this place is definitely better in person than in the pictures. Will be staying again soon

Volleyball tournament

The property was great for a long volleyball tournament. It was walking distance to the convention center which was great so that we didn't have to pay for parking or be stuck in long lines. The property was clean and spacious with a full kitchen so we could make quick meals at the condo instead of eating out for every meal. It was a quick walk to the pool. The condo building is beside the lake, but the actual condo faces the parkinglot and you cannot see the lake which the listing says lakefront which is misconcieving. However for our purposes it was a great stay and comfortable beds, thank you!

Great spot all around!

We came for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County convention center. It was a fairly easy walk to get over there and saved us a ton on parking! As soon as we get next year‘s dates, we will be booking there again! really nice place. Pool and amenities were an added bonus!

Good stay

The condos are nice and quiet. We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay for the pool table in order to play. The kitchen could use a little TLC. There was only one medium skillet and one medium pan. I would recommend at least adding another large of both of these. Also a strainer would be nice. Spaghetti is always an easy vacation meal. More towels would be nice. Also they are doing construction on the clubhouse that is in walking distance which was disappointing. You will have to drive to the other clubhouse or it is quite a walk. Beds are comfy and shower is hot.

Lovely Stay in Vista Cay

This was a terrific location for those working or attending events at the convention center. The property was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The entire process was smooth and stress free. We would love to stay here again next time!

Great Location and very clean!

This condo was super close to lots of attractions and very clean. Lots of space to spread out as a family and relax after long days of fun. The only way it could be any better was if there were more kitchen supplies for cooking. There are basic pots/pans, plates, and silverware. No measuring cups or spoons, but easy enough to deal without those. Owner was quick to respond when we reached out. Would definitely stay here again, although I’m sure it will become highly sought after because it is literally right across the street from the new Epic adventure park.

Love the Vista Cay property

The condo was well equipped with what we needed for our stay. Very close to the convention center, which was a plus for us. We stay at the Vista Cay property every year for a huge tradeshow.

Very spacious 2001 sq feet condo with high ceiling and balcony. 5 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. You can see Universal Studios fireworks from the terrace. Washer/Drier in the unit. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and TV. 55" brnd new TV in living room. Wifi internet, pool table, very comfortable couch in living room with 4 recliners. Check in is all electronic.
The condo is right behind the convention center, one of the best locations. 2 minute lakeside walk to the pool and amenities. Parking in front of condo. Wheelchair accessible.
