I am a world traveler and this spectacular condo rates right up with the best anywhere! A definite repeat for us. Spacious, beautifully furnished and immaculate. Brand new pool and amenities are second to none. My son had a blast.Full bar and great food options. Easy to prepare a meal in the kitchen.Location is extremely convenient to all attractions. Easy to park and find the condo.10

Great property! Quiet, clean, perfect location to Discovery Cove, Seaworld, Disney Springs etc.The pool and bar were beautiful and our grandaughter loved the game room. The condo in general is spacious (large!) with a good-sized kitchen you could feel comfortable cooking in. The balcony was great too. Frank answered any questions or concerns immediately which made us feel welcome and cared for. Check in was very easy, we moved right in and went to the pool for a cocktail!

This was exactly like the pictures. Except the lighting was off in the small hallway where you walk in. The rooms were just like the pictures. The master bath could have been another room-it was so large. The only problems we found was there were spots on several ceilings. One was in the living room that looked to be water damage with there was black around this area. It was also in 1 of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Whatever it was I was sensitive to it and had to go to a doctor. I do not like leaving reviews like this but someone else could have lung problems and experience something even worse.

Volleyball tournament

The property was great for a long volleyball tournament. It was walking distance to the convention center which was great so that we didn't have to pay for parking or be stuck in long lines. The property was clean and spacious with a full kitchen so we could make quick meals at the condo instead of eating out for every meal. It was a quick walk to the pool. The condo building is beside the lake, but the actual condo faces the parkinglot and you cannot see the lake which the listing says lakefront which is misconcieving. However for our purposes it was a great stay and comfortable beds, thank you!

Lovely Stay in Vista Cay

This was a terrific location for those working or attending events at the convention center. The property was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The entire process was smooth and stress free. We would love to stay here again next time!

Great place 5 star would stay again.

Condo was larger than expected which was great. Best beds and pillows of anyplace Ive stayed awesome to get a good nights sleep. Pool area was very nice. Location is great close to everything you'd need in Orlando. Host communication was great thanks for a great stay. 5 star would stay agian!

Wonderful 3br Resort Condo in Orlando

I had a great stay and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Things were clean spacious and comfortable. The amenities on the property as well as places near were great. The resorrt has gated entry and was quiet. Great location close to the Orange County Convention Center as well as tons of themeparks and shopping.

Short stay

What a beautiful spacious home. Although a very quick visit we were very pleased with everything. The cleanliness and space were amazing. Communication was very easy and access was smooth. We’d love to return in the future for a longer stay.

Renter: Be Aware!

After driving 3 hours, then spending all day @ Universal (check-in isn't until 3), we got to the condo at 7:30 pm., with plans to make dinner and get to bed. We opened the door & the place was a mess! Food & dirty dishes on kitchen counters, dirty dishes in the sink, beds unmade, bathrooms dirty. And we failed to bring Owner's phone number with us. This rental is not affiliated with the mgr on site, but they did let us use their computer to obtain Owner's phone number. We advised Owner of the condition. He apologized & said he'd have cleaning crew there in the morning. We asked "What do we do in the meantime? There isn't even any toilet paper!" Owner told us we could go to the store(!!!), get a roll of toilet paper, take off the dirty sheets and remake the beds, and ROUGH IT FOR THE NIGHT!! Our kids were freaked out due to the big mess the entire place was in. There were even dirty clothes ON the patio table! I thoroughly cleaned the kitchen (including the coffee maker!) so I could make our dinner. My husband cleaned one bathroom & stripped dirty sheets off beds (and sofa!) and put clean sheets & pillow cases on all 3 beds & remade them. I was kind of grossed out because the blankets were not clean, but we were SO tired, I tried not to think about it when we went to bed! We collected FOUR bags of garbage, 3 pizza boxes and 2 shoe boxes!! We've stayed in Home Away and VRBO places in the past, and they had always been spotless when we walked in the door, AND had always included helpful info concerning the unit and the area (how to get to the pool, locations of stores, restaurants, etc.). Not so here. A cleaning lady came the next morning, just as we were leaving for Islands/Adventure. When we returned, we noticed that something of ours was missing. We advised the owner; he couldn't believe it, and brushed it off. We obtained the cleaning co's name & number, advised that owner of the situation, and she denied this could have happened. We reminded her that her crew usually did not clean while someone was occupying the premises, and perhaps she got tempted. We just wanted our property returned. It never has been. Upon check-out, after MUCH bickering with Owner, he agreed to reimburse us $100 for all our trouble. A few weeks after we returned home & after a few reminder phone calls & emails, we finally received a check from the Owner. FYI to future renters: that "really cool" pool table inside the unit is coin-operated!

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool area was clean and the water was perfect. The drinks at the bar were delicious and so was the food. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our host Frank answered all of my questions and was on top of everything. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back!

Worked for what we needed. Close to Universal. Walkable (0.5mi) to the Publix plaza with other restaurants etc. Short walk to the "resort" pool.

We stayed here for a family of four trip (2 adults, 2 teens) to explore Universal Studios. Location is great, very close to Universal, no problem parking, easy to navigate. Condo was perfect for family with teens, kitchen had what was needed to cook, pool table was a plus, balcony was great for views at sunset. Good size condo, everyone had their own space. Pool was lovely way to begin/end a day, it's a very short walk two buildings down to the clubhouse. Would stay again and/or recommend to friends.

Very spacious 2001 sq feet condo with high ceiling and balcony. 5 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. You can see Universal Studios fireworks from the terrace. Washer/Drier in the unit. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and TV. 55" brnd new TV in living room. Wifi internet, pool table, very comfortable couch in living room with 4 recliners. Check in is all electronic.
The condo is right behind the convention center, one of the best locations. 2 minute lakeside walk to the pool and amenities. Parking in front of condo. Wheelchair accessible.
