Awesome location to pool

On the second floor for those unaware. It was right across parking lot to all of the pools. Kids LOVED the splash pad and 2 giant pools! Adults enjoyed the hot tub and bar! 10min drive (including traffic) to Universal. Publix is absolutely walkable distance with many restaurants in the same plaza.

Great and convenient stay!

Love this property. Great communication between me and the property manager. We booked this stay for the NPE show at the Orange County Convention Center. My business partner, his son, me and my wife all stayed here. Plenty of space and great amenities.

Clean and had all amenities needed!

We came to Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Vista Cay is always our choice for tournaments held at OCCC as it’s just a few minutes away. This unit was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, had more than enough towels and washcloths, and all the kitchen amenities needed for a five day stay including bagel toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware. We would stay again!

Orlando Family Reunion

The condo was the perfect location for us while we attended our family reunion. It was centrally located to all of the parks and we could not have asked for anything better. I wish we had more time because we would have liked to enjoy some of the amenities available within the complex.

So far, So Good! Love the smaller pool outside our 4114 unit and love how quiet this side of Vista Cay is! We are very happy with the unit we rented, such a great price! Great for elderly, great for families, great for a romantic getaway!!!

The condo carpets seam to be worn down and sticky to the bare foot. The furniture was mis matched and cheap. Looked like it came Definitely nothing comparable to the previous 12 plus units ive stayed in at Vista Cay. from a yard sale.

Great Location

The place was very ideal to our cheer competition at the OCC. Easy to travel to Universal, Disney and other attractions near by. The nearby restaurants and grocery store were perfect for us. The listing was as advertised and would stay again if I have to go back to the OCC. The owner communicated with me rapidly with some minor questions I had and the condo was exactly what our family needed.

Great affordable resort stay

My children and I stayed here for 5 days for a conference, and we all absolutely loved it. Perfect location directly across from the pool, three bedrooms, and furnished well. When the internet stopped working on a Saturday night, the issue was resolved in less than an hour upon calling. The resort is beautiful and we traveled to numerous destinations, including Disney Springs, Universal, Downtown Orlando, and Cocoa Beach. Would love to come back this summer!!

Great location

Pretty much as advertised. Condo could use some minor updates - paint, blind repair, better TV remote and ease of use. However would absolutely stay again at the price and convenience of location. Would give 4.5 stars if that were available!

Pleasant Property

The property was as described on the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and the grocery store was in walking distance. The only cons that I had during my stay is that one of the bedrooms had no TV, the wi-fi kept needing to be reset, and the plates in the cabinet were dirty with dried food still on it. Otherwise, the quietness in the community along with tne beautiful views and easy access are winners and I will stay again in the future.

Great location

15 quick minutes from the airport. The building is right across the parking lot to the pool. Behind the pool is a shopping and eating area. Handful of restaurants, a Publix grocery store, and a liquor store are all walking distance. The walk to the other side of the resort to the big pool is about 7 minutes but you are there in no time! Kitchen has all the necessities and there are plenty of beach towels! The listing says that it has a screened in patio but it does not. We didn't have a problem with it. Will stay again!

Easy drive to everything

Publix is within walking distance along with a pizza place, a diner, and a few other places. Universal is just a few minutes away and easy to get to using Universal Blvd. We had two teens and two adults and there was plenty of room. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had all that we needed. The pool and hot tub across the parking lot from the condo are lovely places to relax. The unit is on the end of the building and it was super quiet.

Great vacation slow Internet

This is a really great place to stay. The location is perfect, up the road from Universal and Icon Park, love the condo very cozy and having your own balcony on those nice evenings was perfect. But the reason I gave it a all around 4 stars is because the internet and wifi has really bad connections. My wife and I were on a work vacation. They really need to do upgrades on the cable and Internet service and the extra bedrooms TVs. Over all we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if not working during our trip or upgrades are made. Thanks The Robinson's

Furniture Needs To Be Replaced

The place was nice but the furniture was not good at all. The coffer table was broken the mattress in all the rooms were old and needed to be replaced, TV 's in the bedroom needs to be upgraded.

Not a secure location

I was under the understanding that the condo was a secure location however the back entrance was never locked. My rental car had the passenger window shattered and the car was searched. Thankfully there wasn’t anything of value in the car. Also, I thought the pool required a keycard to enter but it also wasn’t not locked during the day. This was my third year staying at this complex and we always had to use the card in the past. Since I bring teenagers with me who walk around the place assuming it is secure, we do not plan to come back. The condo itself was perfect but not happy with the change to the complex.

I found that the rental property met our needs. However, I recommend that a larger bar of soap is available; the one provided was so tiny. Also, the kleenex box had only three kleenexes left iin it. These two items gavre a chintzy feeling to the villa. In addition, two bathroom items were broken upon our arrival, so I recommend that everything be checked over before the next quests arrive. Fiinally, the tv's in the bedrooms wete so small which fortifies the chintzy feeling it had. Other than that, the property suited our needs.
