Whether you're a skier, a leaf-peeper, or two families vacationing together, you'll feel right at home here, thanks to two living areas, two full kitchens, and a wood-burning fireplace to toast your toes after a day spent exploring. In the summer months, you can light the gas grill for summer barbecues on the spacious deck; come winter, you'll have a flatscreen cable TV to watch as your wool socks and ski gear spin in the private washer/dryer. At night, you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each of the two levels - two queen bedrooms upstairs and a queen bedroom and another room with a set of bunk beds downstairs.

This home is located half a mile east of the heart of North Conway Village, allowing you to easily shop tax-free, dine, catch a ride on the Conway Scenic Railway, or tee off at the North Conway Golf Course. Cranmore Mountain Resort, offering 56 trails, nine lifts, and 170 acres of terrain, is only a quarter-mile up the road, while other popular mountain resorts - Attitash (nine miles west), Wildcat (19 miles north), and Bretton Woods (31 miles northwest) - are a short drive away. Spend a fun-filled day with your kids at Story Land (seven miles north) or take a fall drive to remember on the nearby Kancamagus Highway, one of the most famous routes in the country for autumn foliage.

Spring skiing!

Location was perfect! Close to mountain, close to town, stores, restaurants. Rental was clean, well appointed, and spacious for my family of 4 with 3 friends joining in for the fun.I would definitely rent here again in the future.

Ski Break 2025

The house was very nice. It had everything we needed. It would have been nice to use the fireplace. Great location close to town and skiing.

Great location to Mt. Cranmore

My family enjoyed our stay and had a great time skiing Mt. Cranmore. The house had ample space for my family and we loved all the windows, natural light, and view of the mountain.

Vacasa Poor Property Manager

We encountered heating problems and placed 3 calls to Vacasa. Each time we were informed that a local manager would contact. We received no communication from the local Vacasa property manager. They did arrange for a technician to investigate the issue, but that was 8 hours after our first call. We called subsequent to our stay to speak with a local property manager, and still have no response. Bottom line is don't rent if Vacasa is property manager-if you have a problem, you won't get good customer service.

Perfect location, close to the shopping outlets. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for the five of us. Bathrooms could use an update. Nice, fully stocked kitchen.

Engagement Weekend

The place was clean, well lit, easy to entertain in and a local to downtown. It was also the weekend my girlfriend and I got engaged and we stayed there. Overall, it was a memorable weekend and a great place to stay.

Great house!

Beautiful home, the large living room and kitchen was wonderful for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. We also enjoyed the beautiful deck off the living room. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it’s amazing.

Great stay at Cranmore

Loved this place. Location is so easy to town, you can walk in to shop, get ice cream, or have dinner. It's really close to bike trails, local hiking spots and the presidential range. If you like to cook, kitchen appliances were new and good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our 4 generations

This house is perfectly located to get to the heart of North Conway and other close attractions, but sits in a quiet neighborhood without any traffic. We were all comfortable as the home is spacious and there is plenty of room to gather as a group and also to have your own quiet space when needed. We all loved it.

Location is a plus

Location can't be beat...very convenient to the mountain/center. Had all the utilities you need...updated kitchen, nice/functioning fireplace... Beyond that, was blown away (to put it nicely) by the rest of the house. Furniture could use upgrade, bathrooms were outdated, and exterior doors need fixing. In fairness to the house, most of my displeasure with the stay came from a poor guest services experience with vacasa that lead to a less than satisfactory experience..That said, I would stay again solely because of the location convenience.

great location, plenty of room for 2 families. Had issue with water being turn off. Able to locate main and turn on, but outside faucets were open causing water to run for almost an hour before we found the last leak....

Perfect weekend getaway to get in the holiday spirit!

Absolutely awesome location for all the winter activities and holiday shopping. The home was warm and cozy.. perfect after a long day of being outdoors. We will definitely be returning!

Great time with family!

This was a great place for our group of 6 adults to stay. House was clean, well kept and had plenty of room. Great location for hikes, trails and close to town. The water wasn't on when we arrived with no instructions but we easily figured out how to get it going. Would highly recommend and we would go back.

Family Vacation

8 of us stayed here, it was comfortable and room enough for our first family vacation in over 20 years!! It was close to lots of fun things and a great gathering place for all of us to spend time together.
