Location and stay were great. We did have a couple issues and suggestions. The battroom was trash containers had not been emptied. Also, the queen bedroom upstairs the closet

It was a great stay, house was very clean and beautiful. I liked it was close to the center of town!

Time in North Conway

The house was amazing! We had 5 kids and 5 adults. The house was super clean and the kitchen is huge. We were able to go downtown,Santa’s Village and Story Land. It was the perfect location! I would stay there again!!

Great Location, Super Clean & Comfortable!

This home is in a fantastic location—tucked away on a quiet street just off the main road, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the spacious layout, especially the two master suites, which gave our group plenty of room to spread out. The basement was a perfect hangout spot, featuring an air hockey table, foosball, darts, and video games. During our stay, we did experience a minor issue with a leaking pipe in the basement, but the property manager was quick to respond and helpful, even on a Saturday night. One thing we hadn’t anticipated was the trash policy—renters are responsible for taking their garbage home or to a transfer station at checkout. While the property manager offered trash removal for a 25 fee, it felt a bit steep for the half-bag of garbage we generated during our two-day stay, though it likely makes more sense for longer visits. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and well-located home—perfect for a NoCo getaway!

Great location!

We booked last year, this year and will do so again for next year! The house is perfect for large groups. Large living room/Kitchen and 3 full baths. The host is super helpful and responsive. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Location, location, location!

A great location to all the fun things in North Conway. A nice quiet neighborhood. A spacious house. I would recommend bringing extra fans for the rooms with the bunk beds if you are visiting during the warmer months.

Very smooth

We went up for a long weekend to visit family in the Valley. Everything worked well--all very easy, notwithstanding a snowfall on the Saturday--we did a little shoveling of the walk and put down the salt that was in the house--all good.

Great home, great location, had everything we needed! We stayed in North Conway last year and this was a better fit. Would definitely rebook this one.

Great vacation home

This house was perfect for 10 family members. Comfortable beds. Clean. Perfect location to downtown stores, restaurants and ski areas. The shower off the first floor bedroom couldn't be used do to a leak . The property manager called to inform of this a couple days before. Everything else was great.

Great Family Size Rental!

From the booking process to the our departure, all went very well. We had no issues/concerns in which we would have had to reach out to the property manager so I can't comment there. The home is spacious and very clean. If your looking for an enormous backyard, this may not be the place for you. However, you're literally a 1 minute drive to "the strip" and also have a game room in the basement (rainy days?) so I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find yourself bored here. Needless to say, we'll be back again!

Great stay!

Immaculately cleaned, outstanding location. The property has 1 bed/1 bath downstairs (off the kitchen) and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have bunk beds which was great for the kids. Please note, the two master bedrooms have full/double sized beds - not queens. This was a bit of an issue but we made do using extra beds. The game room in the basement has foosball and air hockey as well Xbox. The kids loved air hockey and laundry is right there while you play. The kitchen is nice and well-stocked. Drip coffee machine, ice maker. Off the kitchen is a large family room with big couches. There are also three full baths, which was very helpful for our two families. The house is well maintained and very clean. It is in a cute neighborhood, right off Rt 16. We loved this stay and would never hesitate to be repeat guests!

Perfect Spot

This rental was perfect for my family (4 adults/5 kids). The house was spacious and readily accommodated us. It is in a prime location to the main road so well within walking distance to shops and restaurants. You will need to supply your own food - basics were scarce (ie - no olive oil or cooking spray). Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to North Conway

Perfect family vacation home!

Great family weekend

I rented this place with my wife and kids and my sister in law, her husband and son. This place had more than enough space for all of us . The game room downstairs led to an epic Fooseball tournament. The location was perfect for us . We went tubing down the Saco and also drove to Santa's village.

Great location

The house is set in a neighborhood very quiet but close to everything in North Conway. The house was very clean and had everything you’d need to stay comfortably. Only thing I was missing was maybe more furniture. It is a big space. Would have loved two nightstands in the master suite and some chairs and bigger tv in the living room. Overall, great stay!

Plenty of space in this house for 2 family’s. Great location, set back so you don’t even feel like your near the main road and nice and close to the outlets and the center of town. We would definitely stay again.

Quick getaway

Nice house with lots of room in a good location. Easy to get to. Just off RT 16 but nice and quiet. The house was clean and had plenty of household items to us.
