Walking distance to beach, tram also available. All of the amazing amenities that Sea Colony has to offer, including 1/2 mile of private beach, state of the art fitness centers, world class tennis facility and activities for all ages.

Wonderful property and location

Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. The condo was perfect for our needs and we’ve already booked another stay. The location was perfect for those using the tennis center and exercise facilities. The trolley was easy for getting to the beach although we often just walked. Property owner was easy to deal with.

Perfect for family fun

This unit is stocked with everything you could need in a home alway from home. We had a wonderful visit. The owner is super accommodating and because our visit was in the off season, Sea Colony was able to accommodate all of our vehicles.

Excellent Stay

I’ve been coming to Bethany for 10 years and this has been one of the best rentals I’ve stayed at in several years!! The home was close to everything, very clean and the owner was super amazing!! I have found my forever rental at Bethany beach …. Was a great birthday weekend .. thank you

Beautiful Bethany

This property is in a great location. Very quiet but close to a pool with a great shallow end for our grandson, the fitness center and pool and the tram stop. Nice furniture and bedding. The room with the double over double bunk beds was a great spot for our daughter, her husband, their 3 year old and infant. Plenty of room for our party of nine. The key-less entry was very convenient! Thank you!

Sea Colony condo

The property was nice. I was charged a substantial cleaning fee and had to bring sheets and towels from home and there was barely any toilet paper. Providing these things are basic.

Good vibes rental

Smelled very clean upon arrival. Clumps of hair behind bathroom doors. Could use some new shower curtains. Although we had some ants owner quick to resolve the situation. Basically, nice apartment. Thank you.

Great Getaway!

The property was spotless and exactly as advertised and pictured. The kitchen had every possible essential, there was an incredibly thoughtful bag of necessities provided, and every detail seemed completely thought-through. The space was fantastic - I am slightly obsessed with the beautiful paint color on the walls! - and we were able to have my folks stay for a few days as well without anyone feeling cramped. I was a little concerned about the location, since we usually stay closer to the beach. But the tram was literally steps away. And, after the first day, we found the walk was completely do-able. A nice stroll to get coffee or hit the farmer's market and back, and a nice way to wrap up a day on the sand. Parking was never a problem. My favorite thing - the screened in porch with lights and fan! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms roomy and the only time I had any issue (which I am sure was user-error on the dishwasher) the owner was on it immediately! Highly recommend!

Sea Colony gem

We had an excellent weekend at this home! The weather did not cooperate on our trip to the beach, but this home and the Sea Colony made it an excellent trip anyways. We spent a lot of time indoors and this home had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our kids had a great time with all the new games and puzzles that were there and all of us adults loved the great amount of seating available and the fully stocked kitchen which made meal time a breeze with 6 kids. The house is close enough to the beach you could easily walk, but Sea Colony also has tram stops nearby for those who prefer that instead. It is near restaurants, grocery stores, and shops which is a great plus. The beds were comfortable, house was clean, and Kristen was excellent with the communication for check in procedures, etc. We loved it, and will certainly stay here again in the future.

Great Place

This house was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. The decor was lovely. Kristen was prompt answering all my questions. The resort and all it offered was awesome. Location was close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Great trip!

We spent a couple of days over New Years with another family. The place was clean and well equipped. It was a little small for a rainy weekend with 2 families with young kids, but it worked and the kids had a great time! We enjoyed getting to explore all sea colony has to offer in the off-season! Definitely a great place for a family!

Perfect place for a family getaway

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sea Colony. The condo is beautifully decorated, and also conveniently located close to pools, playgrounds, and a trolley stop. We enjoyed the privacy of being on a back corner lot.

Bethany Beach Sea Colony House

First a comment about Sea Colony parking: I knew that the three bedroom house only came with two parking passes, but I thought that I could buy a third when I got there, since my family included three separate adult households. WRONG! We had to pay to park in an unlit lot in a town five miles away even though the parking lot outside our house was more than half empty the whole time we were there. So beware if you go to Sea Colony with more than two vehicles. Cleanliness (or lack thereof): Was there any housekeeping before we arrived? If so, there was little evidence of it. The carpets had not been vacuumed (there was a vacuum cleaner, but we couldn't get it to work), there was a huge pile of recyclables in a box in the laundry area that no one had disposed of, the sink in the master bath was full of toothpaste, the toilet was not real clean, and there was a dirty rag hanging from shower rod. The patio area is large and has potential, but it badly needs cleaning, painting and replacement of a rotting door. The Kitchen: This was the best part of the property...all new appliances and conveniences. The owner did a nice job here. The Third Bedroom: It was advertised as being able to sleep up to five. Maybe, but the room was much smaller than we expected.

Charming beach retreat

Very welcoming environment. Condo accurately described. All the items needed in the kitchen etc., supplied. Perfect beach retreat. Only issue is that on arrival there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the enclosed porch which was wonderful had not been swept ( crumbs on table and floor), also front porch not swept, and it looked like recyclable items were left near washer/dryer. We did not remove these bottles- not sure it’s they were left on purpose. These issues seem to be related to the cleaning crew and not the owners. Overall lovely vacation rental.

Nicely appointed Condo

Clean, spacious condo nestled in quiet, wooded area. Lovely screen porch with outdoor set and chaise. Had all amenities needed. The tram made it easy to get to the beach-- it was key! I'd be happy to vacation here again.

Great rental

Nicely updated condo in Sea Colony. A little far to walk to beach but trams are convenient throughout. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing I would have changed is a sunnier location so we could have enjoyed the outside screened in area more. That area was a bit neglected in terms of cleaning but it was embedded in a woodsy area so hard to control. Overall a great vacation and recommend!
