The private community is less than a mile from the beautiful beaches of Bethany and short walk from the Assawoman canal for kayaking, canoeing, hiking along the many winding trails as well as fishing in one of the catch and release ponds. Features include central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 TVS, 4 DVDs, WiFi, Gas and charcoal Grill, and outside shower.
