Great house. Time with family and grand kids. Lots of good pots and pans. Comfy beds. Pool was perfect for us and nice couches and loungers outside. Always impt. Great visit. Definitely home again!!

Wow!! What a beautiful place. There was a view of the lake. We stay here with family and our grandbaby loved the pool. There was plenty on space for everyone. We definitely would recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautifully maintained and the views are absolutely stunning—even better than the photos. The owner was also fantastic to work with; they were very accommodating and always quick to respond to our messages. We would love to stay here again!

Whiskey Rock is a beauty!! My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my 55th birthday. There was eleven of us and there was more than enough room. The house was immaculately clean and decorated, well-stocked with linen, bath towels, kitchen utensils and pool supplies. This place has the absolute best air conditioning ever! Our stay was in the middle of July and we were very comfortable. The lakeview provided the most beautiful sunsets. Brooke was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property. It’s worth every dollar spent. My family and I look forward to returning for another stay!!

The property is beautiful and all the amenities made it so we never had to leave. The hosts were wonderful and super responsive to the couple of questions I had. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away or family gathering.

Ten of us, six adults and four children, came for a family weekend. This place was great. The dining table fit all ten of us. We enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. Pool and hot tub were used all through the day. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful place.

The property was in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the lake view and outdoor space. However, considering the amount we paid for our stay, I feel there are a few areas that could be improved.For a property that accommodates larger groups, I think there should be TVs in each bedroom. There were TVs in the living room, back patio, and garage, but none in the bedrooms.The furniture could also use some attention. Several pieces had visible marks and stains. At this price point, I expected the furniture to be cleaner and better maintained.The kitchen also needs to be better equipped for larger groups. There were not enough large pots and pans, which limited how much food we could prepare at one time. Since the home accommodates several guests, larger cookware and more pots and pans would be very helpful.Lastly, the flies were pretty bad during our stay. I would recommend regular pest control or spraying around the property to help keep them to a minimum.Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful setting and our stay. With improvements to the furniture, TVs, kitchen supplies, and pest control, the property could provide an even better experience and feel more in line with the price.

Summer Vacation

We were blown away by the entire property! The view from the backyard overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful. And the house along with all of the amenities, couldn’t have been more perfect. We had a large group and there was plenty of space and plenty to do on the property. From the game room to the pool and hot tub, everyone stayed entertained. And our host, Brooke, was amazing! Very helpful during the booking process and made check-in and check out very simple and easy. She was prompt to respond to any questions and made sure everything was good during our stay! We’ll definitely book with Brooke again in the future!

The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure the house was open, prepared and clean for our arrival. The air conditioning and lights were on and very welcoming on a hot July day. We found everything in great condition just as expected. There was plenty of room for our family and grandchildren. We enjoyed the pool, gas grill and blackstone in the backyard which is where we spent the majority of our time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, providing restful nights. *You will have to bring your own playpen etc for infants and small children and there is no child gates for the stairs. We have stayed in homes in many different states but this has been our best experience with host and home! Highly recommend.
