Our studio condo (HighPoint Unit 638) is perfect for that romantic weekend get away for two. Features a full kitchen, one full bath with modern updates, a private deck and fireplace, comfortable king bed and full kitchen. It’s situated in a peaceful escape, set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

The deck facing east views of pine trees, red cliffs, and a little bit of the golf course has bar height seating with a table to enjoy coffee or meals outside. Large flat screen TV, fireplace.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy that applies to the specific booking platform where they made their reservation (ex: AirBNB, VRBO, etc). When booking direct with VRC, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least 30 nights, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
