Vår lyxlägenhet med två sovrum, två badrum (PineCone 822) med ett uppdaterat kök med bänkskivor i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, eldstad i bostadsområdet och privat däck. Beläget i en tallskog med en avskild utsikt.

Pinecone Unit 822 är centralt beläget i San Juan-bergen på Tamarron Resort. Denna underbara semesteruthyrning har nyligen renoverats och har nya möbler. Vardagsrummet har en 65 ”SMART TV, en mysig öppen spis och en bäddsoffa med en bekväm skummadrass. Det moderna köket har allt som kocken i familjen behöver för att laga mat hemma. Matbordet har plats för 4 och det finns också 2 barstolar vid köksbänken. Den huvudsakliga badrummet har en duschkabin och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Däck har utsikt över ett vackert gräsbevuxen område med gigantiska tallar. Den stora loftade master suite har en king size-säng, ett skrivbord, ett badrum med badkar / duschkombo, stor garderob, utsikt över stora tallar ut över stora sovrumsfönster och en 42 ”TV. Barnen i familjen kommer att njuta av att kunna leka direkt framför i gräset utanför däck.

Det finns också en vinter-skyttelbuss som avgår kl 9:05 och återvänder från skärselden kl 16:05.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. We very much enjoyed our stay here. This is a beautifully finished unit with everything you could want to be comfortable. Be warned there are many stairs to get to the unit from the parking area and a tight spiral staircase to get to the sleeping area. They've got three restaurants on the property, we ate at the two at the golf clubhouse and they were both excellent. We did not make use of the fitness center or pool while we were here. There is lots of great hiking in the area and lake less than 5 minutes drive from the property. You have access to the golf course which looks to be well maintained but we passed on an up-close look because green fees are quite steep (200). Overall this was an excellent find and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect condo for a couple

Beautifully updated property! We love the location between Purgatory and Durango. The restaurants are very good on property. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Accommodations

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The layout was perfect for our family. We did a lot of cooking and were pleasantly surprised by the well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were such a great addition- I honestly could have packed 1/2 as much clothes if I would have really thought about it. The location is great. Not quite in Perg but also just far enough away from Durango.

Outstanding experience!

This was a lovely property! Well appointed. Really comfortable bed and linens. Clean. The community amenities were awesome- fitness center, pools and hot tub. The club restaurant and bar at Tamarron had delicious food and great service. I would certainly want to stay here again.

Great place. Would stay here again.

Great location between Durango and Purg. Place is really great and updated. Cozy feel with fire place. Unit is close to bar and restaurant so walking is an option. Great property and lodge has great pools and gym. We had two adults and two small boys. Only recommendations to owners is to replace master bed. Springs on one side had me rolling toward edge but not that big of a deal. Also, check some of the lights/bulbs in lower bathroom, was pretty dim and light was on and off. Great place and would highly recommended.

Great Autumn Visit!

The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and conveniently located for our purposes. We chose the property for access to hiking, fall scenery, golf and other resort amenities. The drive into Durango was very reasonable and we enjoyed the restaurants and shopping found there. We timed the fall color perfectly (9/26 to 10/7) and seeing the gorgeous golden Aspens with early snow on the mountain tops was a highlight of the trip. We would happily stay here again!

Nice place but needs new mattress

A unit this nice should at least have a mattress not scalloped out on both sides of the bed. I don’t remember sleeping on such a poor mattress as this one. The rest of the furnishings were great.

Not worth 1k for two nights

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in at the lodge was very friendly, but the TVs didn't work, there was no coffee, and the cleaning staff was rude. Requested late check-out (for two nights at 1k -10am is too early), which was granted, but the cleaning staff showed up and was as obnoxiously rude as possible. Sorry if we inconvenienced them, geez!

Tamarron Pinecone 822

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is very nice, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The unit has its own entrance - no elevators to deal with. Although most of the place has black out curtains, there are some windows in the master loft that do no have window coverings. If you plan to sleep in and need it to be dark, I'd suggest a sleep mask. Our communication with the management company was quick and easy. All in all, the place is great and I don't believe the pictures do it justice.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our first time in Durango, overall we were happy with our stay. The location was nice for being between downtown Durango and Purgatory. There is a complex shuttle to Purgatory, it is also an easy drive (and parking was never a problem around town or Purgatory). Having the restaurant behind the unit (walkable) was also a nice perk with most dining options closed/not close to the complex (they also have a little market). We didn't use the fitness center or pool, but the amenities looked nice. The unit had great updates, furniture was nice and the layout was perfect for our family. The deck was nice and access to the property was perfect (no elevator or shared door). The fireplace was not working, but our main issue was we had a problem with dog hair. There is absolutely no way the unit was vacuumed or the floors cleaned. Having a non-shedding dog at home it was a disappointment to have dog hair all over our clothes everyday and to come home with dog hair.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a beautiful condo and worked out well for my husband and I. It was close to hiking trails and lakes to fish. Nice restaurants and gym. The property was well appointed with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. My only recommendation would be to have reading lamp near couch and chairs. A few light bulbs were burned out. We will defined be back.

Quiet location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience, the location is very quiet and plenty of room. The AC went out which was pretty brutal for sleeping because the bedroom is in the loft with no vents to have cooled it before going out. They did provide a standing fan which helped. The next day maintenance came and fixed it right away - AC was back in two hours, however, by that time the inside temp was 79 degrees so it took a while for it to cool.

President’s Day Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. The unit is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The little fireplace puts out great heat! My only disappointing thing is there is no over head lighting downstairs or upstairs. We had one incident of a strong gas smell but they came immediately and it ended up being a very dirty air filter.

Dreamy first family ski vacation

We cannot wait to come back and definitely would try to book this place again! There were so many additional extra charms that we didn’t plan on or know about. There was heavy snowfall when we were there and there was a small little area where my kids could play in the snow and use the sled provided for us right outside the patio so I could watch them! There’s also an awesome tubing hill just a short walk from the property and the price is so beautiful and large many people were snow shoe-ing. On site restaurant was delicious and so convenient to grab food to bring to our place. Everything was newly updated and beautifully furnished. We love the short drive to purgatory and that you also have the option to take the shuttle. The indoor pool was a fun experience in the winter and a hot tub outside in the snow under the stars was great. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of dog fur. Although the place was very clean there was dog fur on the pull out couch and in the dryer vents and in places around the corners of the baseboard. I unfortunately I’m allergic to dog hair so I had to make sure to wash my hands and take my allergy meds in case! I was a little confused by this because I don’t think pets are allowed. Other than this, we would love to return in the spring or summer and enjoy some golf and fishing. Thank you for the wonderful family memories.

Super clean but needs improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and very clean. Had a few issues that prevent me from giving a higher rating. The public WiFi was horrible and we were not provided with the passcode for the unit Wifi. That resulted in having to rent a co-working space in town for the days that we worked @ $60 per day. Kitchen is not well equipped if you actually like to cook. The windows in the upstairs loft do not open and as a result, it's quite warm upstairs, even with the AC on. We had an issue with a pump on the HVAC running all night, and the property management was very responsive. The repairman couldn't find an issue and it repeated on the last night of our stay. Awake half the night again and that led to being very tired at the beginning of a 13 hour drive. Overall, would rate a B minus.
